Hi If I was sent this survey a few months ago, it would have been a totally different review. I was so annoyed and disappointed in this dealership that I never wanted to go back. I got a call a week before Xmas asking me why I havent taken action about my lease that was ending. Well, I gave all my reasons including that I didnt think Sussex Honda wanted or cared about my business. I was assured that was not the case, it was under new management and the sales people I had worked with were no longer there. So I thought I would give it a try. I was treated with respect, and kindness and all were very professional. I drove out with my 2014 Ridgeline RTL and I am thrilled . I am so glad you got rid of bad baggage..you have a good team now at sussex Honda...an I always thought the Service Dept was tops...Cheers to a new year and great sales to you all! Have been coming to Sussex Honda for 20 yrs+. This time bought a new CRV from Bruce Modugno. He was a very knowledgeable salesperson and did an exceptional job answering all my questions and explaining al bought a new CRV from Bruce Modugno. Dealing with him was a pleasure. The only problem I had was the extreme wait between the time we agreed on price and the time it took for "administration" to finish the deal. I have excellent credit and it usually takes a couple of hours at the most from the time I walk into the dealership and the time I leave with my new car. This time it took almost the whole day! I know they are under new management now and I am so surprised that they wouldn't do everything possible to help their salesperson complete a deal in the shortest amount of time. Financial person was condescending because I am a women - until he realized that I am a professional woman and telling me my hair looked nice wasn't the thing to do. I would greatly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for Honda and Judy was also very nice to deal with (she recommended Bruce). More

I stopped in for a service at Sussex Honda in July of 2013. I was told there was no availability to get my repair done, which was very confusing since we had called earlier to guarantee we could get the 2013. The service manager had a real attitude about this situation, and after leaving we decided to call back again. The lady at the front desk, again guaranteed it would be no problem to come in and get this done. December 7th, 2013 I again stopped in for a service due to a check engine and transmission light that came on overnight. After being informed that the diagnostic fee was $115, which was no problem, the same service manager arbitrarily decided after the fact that they didn't do diagnostics on the weekend and told me to make an appointment. More
