I recently traded in my Fit for a pre-certified Accord Coup ( which I love; no more mama vehicles) and they were friendly, informative and not at all pushy; and willing to work with you on the best possible price. I leased a Honda CRV on Feb 4, 2014 and worked directly with Ryan Forbeck. Ryan was so attentive and very honest with me. Approximately a week later Ryan contacted me regarding a 2000 Honda Accord for sale. There were some "glitches" with that deal but it was NOT Ryan's fault. The Used Car Mgr, John, seemed to think he could have me drive from Pennsylvania and manipulate my budget which was clearly communicated to Ryan and from Ryan to John before I arrived. If it hadn't been for Ryan's great compassion and help during my 2nd purchase I would not recommend Sussex Honda but will continue to give his contact information to friends and family. Although it was very stressful, I did end up with a great used car for my daughter thanks to Ryan.. Give that guy a raise!!! More
