I needed a new car and I first went to Toyota where I was unsatisfied with their customer service. Then I decided to try Honda because I heard that they were good cars. From the time I walked in the door people greeted me and someone talked to me right away!! I was originally looking at the Honda CRV (which I really liked), that's when I was introduced to David Kolstad he was great very friendly!! He sat me down and went through the different things the CRV's had to offer!! Unfortunately in the end at this point in time I could not afford the CRV and decided to go with a Honda Civic which I'm very satisfied with!! With the great customer service I will return in the future when I'm ready for a new vehicle and hopefully I will be able to get the CRV!! More

I just leased a new Honda CRV-EX and my experience was fantastic. My salesman David was very friendly and easy to work with. From start to finish the process was very smooth. I had previously leased an older model Honda LX and there were many reasons why I chose to return to Sussex Honda. First and foremost is that I LOVE MY CRV!!! It is a nice looking car and drives really great in all conditions. The newer model has great upgrades and most important to me are the safety features. David explained all the newer features to me thoroughly and even helped me set up my phone and speed dial via the bluetooth feature. Next is the service department. I have always received excellent and efficient service with my previous CRV and know that I will have the same experience moving forward. I highly recommend Sussex Honda! More
I was told by a friend that there was a Kia Soul at the dealership and that it was a great deal. I got online and reviewed the car. I was very interested and although I live an hour and a half away my da dealership and that it was a great deal. I got online and reviewed the car. I was very interested and although I live an hour and a half away my daughter and I decided it was to good to pass up. When we arrived the car was parked right in front. As we looked over the car Gary came out and asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking at the Kia so he took me to test drive it. I feel in love with it and we discussed price and payments. I have been looking for a while now for just the right car. I knew this was it and Gary never tried to sell me a newer car or one that cost more. He was always professional. I love the dealership waiting area also. I had my three grandchildren with me and they had an area where the younger two could watch a movie or play with toys without disturbing other people. The whole place was clean and did not have an odor of grease as some shops would have. Everyone was kind and considerate. I would go there again if I was looking for another car and would not hesitate to send my family and friends there. Thank you all for a great experience. More

We went to the dealer to look around and to see what was available. As we browsed we were met by Bruce right away. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. He helped us to choose the vehicle that we were looking for with all the amenities at a reasonable price. We were not planning on buying right away, but it seemed to be the right choice at the time. Bruce discussed the different payment options with us in great detail, so it was easy for us to decide what was best for our situation. Bruce was very helpful with the paperwork and Bob, the assistant manager, offered us additional coverage with our new purchase. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. We bought a Honda CRV which had everything that we were looking for. We are very pleased with our purchase. It will serve us well. We already own a Honda Accord and are very pleased with the lack of required maintenance. Because Honda's have a good reputation we decided to buy another Honda. More
Throughout the entire process, everyone was impressive: professional and accommodating. Gary was wonderful: kind, flexible, knowledgeable, polite, personable. He and Greg, the sales manager, made the negotiation comfortable, reasonable and productive. My only criticism has to do with Jay. He talked incessantly, overwhelmingly... he didn't listen. Each time I tried to ask a question, I just got a barrage of unnecessary talking. I finally had to raise my voice and tell him "stop talking!" I was then able to ask what I needed to know so I could make a decision about the warranty. I know it was his first day, but he was the antithesis of how everyone else presented themselves. Very appreciative of being able to do business with this organization. More

Just another thank you to Ryan for his great faciliation skills regarding my daughter's 2000 Honda Accord which would not start. After two visits to Honda, alot of gas to drive both cars down and taking of skills regarding my daughter's 2000 Honda Accord which would not start. After two visits to Honda, alot of gas to drive both cars down and taking off work etc. the problem is solved (i hope) I would also like to thank thank Bob Thornberry (spelling??) assisting and getting personally involved, Honda finally figured out the problem. The car has been starting each morning and hopefully the "chip in keys" problem is solved. Thanks again Honda and Ryan. Again, give Ryan a raise! lol...and also thank Ed who picked up third set of keys from my Dad in Lafayette! More
