Judy and Chuck are the dream team When I first starting emailing Honda dealers looking for a new Accord I received a response from Judy Rawcliffe. Judy was great, emailed back quickly, When I first starting emailing Honda dealers looking for a new Accord I received a response from Judy Rawcliffe. Judy was great, emailed back quickly, kept in contact but not 'too much' so as to be annoying. Very helpful. When I made the decision to stick with Sussex Honda, Judy introduced my husband and I to salesman Chuck Buchholtz, who was also great to work with. I knew I wanted an Accord Sport, manual transmission, in a "color" (Honda usually only has black, gray or white for manual drivers - not this year!!) and Chuck (with Judy's initial help) was able to find an Accord, manual, in red. Only 3 in the tri-state area but I now own one of them! The process was smooth and easy with no annoying 'sales push'. They knew what I wanted, I knew the price, and that was that. Great experience from beginning to end. More

Ask for Daniel Brookes I went to Sussex Honda to test drive a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS convertible thinking I'd talk myself out of it as I was sure I wanted the Dodge Challe I went to Sussex Honda to test drive a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS convertible thinking I'd talk myself out of it as I was sure I wanted the Dodge Challenger. The vehicle won me over yet it was easy to figure it out because of the salesman who helped me, Daniel Brookes. The fact is, I come from a different generation; I am 46, I automatically assume I'm going to be swindled, hassled and pressured into the sale of a car. NOT WITH THIS GUY! Daniel was honest with me from the moment I walked into the showroom. He didn't pressure me at all, as a matter of fact, he took the pressure off because I think he genuinely cared about me getting into the right vehicle for me and helping find ways to make it affordable. The fact is, he actually cared about me and listened to what I had to say and then he did all he could to help me drive out of there in the vehicle I really wanted. There are not enough words in the galaxy to express how positive I feel right now so if you are on the fence, wondering where to go or who to buy from...do yourself a favor and go see Daniel. He will take very care of you and help you! I HIGHLY recommend him and Sussex Honda! More
They backed and delivered on their promise. I am pleased with my experience and car purchase at Sussex Honda. Before making the 3 1/2 hour trip to test drive the Honda Accord,I spoke with John the sales manager and we were able to work out the tentative conditions of a potential purchase of the advertised vehicle. I was cautiously optimistic that the car would be as nice as described and John of Sussex Honda would back his promises. When I got there I was introduced to Daniel Brooks and we took the car for a test drive. Daniel was able to answer my questions and I felt very comfortable with him. The car was as described and exactly what I was looking for. I sat down with John and Daniel and without any pressure, we were able to work out the sale terms and agreement and I purchased the car. I took a bus back up to the dealership the next day to pickup the car. Daniel picked me up at the bus station and brought me to the dealership and after sitting down with the finance mgr, Dan and signing the final paperwork, I drove off with my 2014 Accord an hour later. My experience with John, Daniel and Dan was excellent .They were professional and I felt I could trust what they said. On behalf of Sussex, they backed and delivered on their promise. More

A great buying experience. Anthony and the entire staff were all helpful and very friendly. It was the first time I've not had to deal with pushy car dealers...I felt like they Anthony and the entire staff were all helpful and very friendly. It was the first time I've not had to deal with pushy car dealers...I felt like they really had my needs in mind versus just getting me to buy something as is the usual experience. I plan to return to Sussex Honda for my next car as well. The only improvement that could be made was that the process of squaring away the insurance and financing was slower than usual. More

I came in for a specific car and purpose, so I did not need to be sold on anything, but I felt comfortable and trusting right from the start. Starting with Judy Rawcliffe who I asked to go out of her way to prove to me what was listed about the car was in fact true. She not only did so, but did not take any of my negative car dealer words to heart, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable enough to embark on the 2+ hr drive from CT to see the car in question. Upon arrival, she was even better in person, although she had to pass me along to a showroom salesperson, as she is the online expert. I was a little weary of being passed on to someone else, but Chuck Buchholtz continued the excellent service, and has done a great job of answering my questions, now and through the process of buying. He was always available, reliable, and trustworthy. If there was an ideal salespersons criteria, he fit the bill. Didn't try to sell me what i didn't want, and listened to what I had to say. I've had mostly bad experiences when it comes to car dealers, both Chevy and my current Honda search, which had led me a great distance from home, to here, and my entire car buying experience has been very good so far. Wish i could bring my car here for service too, but the distance makes it unrealistically feasible to do so, BUT worth the drive for the sale ! Thanks again to those who have helped make my buying experience, a previously unheard of, pleasant one. More
