We have always been treated with courtesy when we were purchasing a vehicle or in for maintenance. We were impressed with Roger Gibbins from the moment we walked into your dealership. He introduced us to our first Honda a 2000 Odessey. His knowledge and attention to our needs far exceeded our expectations. We have purchased a 2005 Pilot, a 2006 Element, 2011 Odessey and most recently a 2016 Pilot. We would not even think of buying anywhere else! More

Horrible Service Department After a pleasant buying experience last Spring , a 2015 Honda Fit , I guess I was unrealistic in expecting the same from their Service Department . O After a pleasant buying experience last Spring , a 2015 Honda Fit , I guess I was unrealistic in expecting the same from their Service Department . On two separate occasions I was screwed over by Their " Service ? " Department . I have less than 900 miles on my car and more aggravation from their staff than can be believed . But it"s true unfortunately . They are the closest Honda Dealer from where I live , but in the future I will be taking much longer rides in order to avoid that horrible Service Department and staff . AVOID them if you can ! Oh , by the way , I am a very resonable person and have been dealing with a great many other Service Depatments for almost 50 years now . So I do have solid experience and comparisons to relate to . More
