Good, but could be better This dealership was a hike for me, but they had the car I wanted so I went for it. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but they seemed a little unorgani This dealership was a hike for me, but they had the car I wanted so I went for it. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but they seemed a little unorganized like the members of other departments never communicated. Chuck was easy to deal with. He was just handed us and tried his best. I knew more about the car since it was a Honda dealership and it wasn't a Honda. We were in and out pretty quickly and I appreciated them making that happen. Some things I'd recommend for next time: -Have the Internet sales people actually speak to a Sales person so they know you're coming. -Have gas in the car you wish to test drive(even if it's a used car). -Deal with someone who knows the car in and out. -Make sure whomever you've been speaking to over the phone will be there when you show up. -Provide service record for the car you are purchasing so you know what has been done to it that's not on the car fax. Ie an oil change, tire rotation etc. More
