Disappointed in myself I am so extremely disappointed in the recent purchase of our honda crv 2016 and myself for giving SUSSEX honda another chance to satisfy my new car I am so extremely disappointed in the recent purchase of our honda crv 2016 and myself for giving SUSSEX honda another chance to satisfy my new car needs ... our family has stayed away for years due to a prior past poor experience and I thought maybe this time would be different, how wrong was I ! ( we purchased last 2 hondas from a different dealership) from the very first dealings with sussex honda i had a feeling it was not going too well... from the internet to the dealership salespeson, neither was expected as i would have preferred.... i was extemely misinformed and literally lied to by sales associate. due to this i felt strongly the need to go in person as soon as i was able to speak to a general manager... i felt so determined and strongly that my experience was terrible and unfortunate, that this needed to be done ... today i was able to do just that ...i spoke with a mr. lenard (i believe) and he only added to my discomfort level with the dealership... when he approached me it was so obvious he was not interested in my issues instantly....i asked to speak in private and he said abruptly he had no office.... so we preceded in the sevice area hallway standing against a wall... i felt throughout our conversation as if i was bothering him and that made me feel extremely bothered.myself.... he was very cold and expressionless and interupted twice with the question, did i need the plates on now?.. i had picked them up before we had spoke and told him the first time he asked, i did not have the new vehicle at the dealership today... he then asked me quite frankly what did i want, i was speechless. what did i want? ... well maybe for you to listen and feel my poor experience to start ... and maybe its your responsiblility for you to tell me what you could do to make this a more satisfied experience, might be a start was what i was thinking to myself.....i was shocked and saddened to be treated in this manner, especially since i made the effort to express in person before i filled out survey to let him know my experience... it was made worse and so unexpected from a higher management position.... im still unable to believe a dealership that says constantly that my satisfaction matters utmost, could possibly even be allowed to have this happen upon explaining my experience .... i will NEVER EVER dissapoint myself again thats a promise to you and me for sure ... More

I bought a car from here and had horrible service I bought a Honda pilot from here had nothing buy problems with it and I told them I only wanted my credit ran once because I was buying a house and th I bought a Honda pilot from here had nothing buy problems with it and I told them I only wanted my credit ran once because I was buying a house and they ran it 9 times and killed my credit score and my wifes. The owner never even called me to solve the problem I left mulitiple messages. More

I was in the market for 2 months trying to purchase a Used Accord. At other dealerships I faced the "I could care less if you purchase our car, someone will" attitude and the "I'll tell you anything you want to hear to sell you this car, but in the end I will not deliver on it" promises. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT experience ANY of that nonsense at Sussex Honda! It was worth the hour drive to the dealership. When it's time to replace my husband's vehicle we are stopping to see Gary at Sussex Honda first! More
