Happy with my New Car I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Gary was willing to work with me to get the car that I wanted. Low Stress, friendly, slow While I hate care shopping and was a bit stressed before going in, the sales consultant was very friendly and helpful and made the process pain free. The only thing is it took about 4 hours and I don't understand why this process is so slow. My recent experience at other dealers in the pst is also about the same amount of time, so this is not unusual. If however, the time could be shortened, it would make the experience better for the customer. More

No “Surprises" Peter was very through when he explained the features of the car, and the differences between the models. I had gone to another dealership previously and left there with extreme anxiety, I left Sussex Honda with a new car, excited and happy, and Peter assured me that I could call with any questions. I called the next day with a question (I was so excited I’d forgotten the answer) about the workings of the vehicle and my question was promptly and courteously answered. Nice to know it really wasn’t just about selling the car. More

I'd recommend Sussex to anyone! I was having a harrowing car shopping experience....until I turned to Sussex. Working with Roger was a delight. He was friendly, responsive, and not a pushy salesman. When I came to pick up my new car, Roger came in on his day off to help me finalize my sale and get my car on a day that was convenient for me. Peter helped me to learn the features of my new car, and was kind and patient with me, re-explaining features when I was excitedly looking at other parts of the car.
