Daniel broke it down to which model has what features, and he even went outside to get all 3 vehicles in the CR-V models and he parked them side by side so I can get a visual of what the differences were between the EX, EX-L and the touring. I told him what I wanted in my vehicle and what I absolutely didn't need or want and he was able to help me narrow down which CR-V was more beneficial for me. I have children so safety was my #1 concern, and then needed space for my sons lacrosse, soccer and snowboarding equipment, along with much needed space for groceries and other people who might be in the car as well. Daniel addressed all my concerns and I feel that I got a great deal and the best vehicle for what I was looking for. I chose the EX-L model since it came with leather and keeping my car clean was one of my concerns since I have kids. The vehicle is extremely roomy inside, and I love all the features that it has. My favorite feature has to be the ability to hook up my android phone to this vehicle and be able to use the navigation on my phone, and then it being displayed on the car screen which I would've never even had figured out without Daniel's help. I highly recommend Daniel if you're looking for a Honda. I loved that he was sooo patient with me because I'm extremely picky when selecting a vehicle and he made me feel comfortable about my whole purchase experience and my decision and his main concern was to make sure that I was completely happy with the vehicle I was getting which means a lot to me. The finance guy was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Donna Salvato was extremely nice on the phone and she was very helpful in scheduling me in to come and see the car the 1st time I came in to look at it. When I came in the 2nd time is when I decided to buy the car and my total experience at this Honda was the best experience I've ever had in any dealership. Thank you all for an amazing experience.
