During the test drive Paul explained to me most of the features car had and how to use them. When it came down to talk about the numbers he wasn't pushy and matched the quote that other dealership gave me without much of a haggle. I must say I don't purchases cars very often so naturally I'm really hesitant when it comes down talking to the dealers but Paul made the whole experience very pleasant. More
