This was actually my first new car! I am a planner and a researcher so I came with a plan and a model in mind. Daniel (or Danny as I called him) was wonderful. He understood my desire for a Fit but that I didn't want too many upgrades as I prefer practical to luxury. The 2018 Honda Fit Sport was perfect for me as it had some safety features I wanted (like fog lights) but didn't have all the bells and whistles I felt were over rated in the higher ended version like leather seats and seat warmers. Danny understood what I was shopping for and addressed those needs (even down to my favorite color, blue). He also helped me with setting up my phone with the blue tooth! The night I picked up my new car he sat with me in it while we waited for the financial manager to finalize the paperwork and answered all of my questions as well as showed me some of the features with the electronics. Even the gentleman who helped me with my financing (I am so sorry his name escapes me) was very thoughtful and professional and addressed my needs and wants for a warranty on the car. I understand this is a business (sales) but I felt that all of the staff there (especially of course my sales guy Daniel Brookes aka Danny) really listened to what I wanted and needed and addressed those perfectly. I was treated like an individual person and not just a number nor another sale. It was very personal and professional and I would gladly come back and refer. More
