Sussex Honda

My husband and I went into the Sussex Honda dealership, hoping to have a good experience with the sales person (Feliks Samiter, Internet Sales Consultant) that I had made an appointment with. We had a very poor experience a couple days earlier at a Toyota dealership, so, needless to say, we were a little apprehensive. I must tell you, we were pleasantly surprised. Working with Feliks Samiter, was exactly what we were hoping for and received. Thank you, Feliks. I put 5's (Great) for all of the experiences, because that was what they were. Our new Honda CRV, was prepped for us while we waited on the paperwork. Great job done there. More

They are the most decietful, lying people I have ever dealt with. WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE TO BUY A CAR. After 2 months, the engine blew on a $18K used truck and the "TOP NOTCH" extended warr dealt with. WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE TO BUY A CAR. Wow..talk about hard sell, this dealer was terrible. Spent two hours there without them giving me a firm price on my trade in or bottom line on an Insight I was interested in. Salesperson said if he gave me a "bottom line" I might go elsewhere to compare and he might not get the deal. Really?! Another thing to consider is that every vehicle there also had a "dealer pack" installed for unnecessary things like etched VIN # in the windows, "paint protector", etc. These are nothing more than a way to bump up the list price. I didn't think this type of dealer existed anymore, especially a Honda dealer. Sometimes shopping for a new car can seem like a trip to the dentist, but I haven't had this bad/fruitless of a shopping experience in over twenty years. Avoid this dealer like the plague! More
