A smaller country dealership, my experience with SUSQ Dodge was a very good day, for both my 2010 Nitro & my 2011 Ram. The sales lady who helped me purchase my Nitro was the reason I searched for her whe Dodge was a very good day, for both my 2010 Nitro & my 2011 Ram. The sales lady who helped me purchase my Nitro was the reason I searched for her when I bought my Ram. Pam is an excellent sales professional. She answered all my questions and offered me an adequate trade in value for my Jeep. Any service question, she deferred me to the service manager, Nevin, who was also very knowledgable and professional. The fact that this dealership is quality over quantity, is the main reason I went there first. I did not need to go to any other dealer after talking with these folks. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. :) More

I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I bought new from a dealership that was closed down by Chrysler. I only had 17,000 miles on the car and my check engine light came on. I called my former dealer and a dealership that was closed down by Chrysler. I only had 17,000 miles on the car and my check engine light came on. I called my former dealer and they recommended I contact a Jeep dealer because it would be warranty work. Since it was the week before Christmas I thought it would be difficult to get my car looked at. There are 2 dealers in the York PA area. I called the first dealership and the lady that answered seemed to be overwhelmed and almost rude stating that there is no way she could get my car in even if I waited for it she didn't know how long I would wait. So I called Susquehanna. I knew as soon as the phone was answered that this was going to be a good experience. The service advisor took my name, address and phone number and asured me that they could help. In fact he got me in the next day a 1:00pm. I arrived early, and was greated professionally, I was offered coffee and shown a choice of waiting areas. While I waited for the repairs they kept me informed of what they found (sensor failure) and what they are doing to fix it. When the job was completed I was once again treated professionally and thanked for my business. I told them they earned a new customer! The dealership is clean and is run like a customer would want. I highly recommend this dealership for service. More
I've dealt with another "local" Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership in York and there is just no comparison to Susquehanna Dodge. Everyone my wife and I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. When I first came to Susquehanna Dodge, I did not know what vehicle I wanted. I test drove a vehicle that was suggested to me by the sales representative, however was still unsure what vehicle I wanted to what vehicle I wanted. Tricia gave me some information to look at, and we corresponded by email over the next few days. When I returned, I had the opportunity to drive two other vehicles one of which I chose to pursue. Tricia and I sat down and went over what the payments would be, however I wanted to take the offer home and think about it; there was no sales pressure on me to make a decision that day. I went home and worked out a price that would fit my budget and returned to the dealership. I told Tricia the payment that I wanted to pay a month, and she made it work for me. This is the second car I have purchased from Susquehanna, and I will return when the need arises for me to buy another. I recommend this dealership and Tricia to anyone who may be interested in a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler vehicle. More
I was looking for a used vehicle and stopped at Susquehanna Dodge. I was greeted by Pam Derolf. I explained to Pam concerning my credit and wanted to purchase a used vehicle. Pam advised me that they had a program called Auto Traxx which specialized in financing people with not so good credit. Pam was very understanding and knowledgeable. Pam was able to put my wife and I in a 2008 Chrysler Sebring with a decent payment. Pam was fantastic to work with and she devoted a lot of time into this sale. The other employees of the dealership were also very polite and kind while we were there. I would highly recommend this dealership and Pam Derolf for anyone in search of a vehicle. More

So when we decided to trade the truck in we thought we would give Susquehanna a try for our next purchase and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Cheyne was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He was extremely knowledgable about our Jeep Overland we purchased. We have NEVER had any salesperson show us the functionality of our vehicle during delivery but Cheyne spent as much time as needed to show us how to use all the technology! We are a military family and move quite a bit and have purchased cars all over the United States and can honestly say, this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! We will recommend Cheyne and Susquehanna to anyone who asks for a recommendation of a great place to buy a car. Please keep up the great work! More

When I came in a week later to pick the vehicle up, all the paperwork was ready and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. More
