My husband searched on-line for vehicles that would meet our needs and discovered the Jeep Compass. We first looked at Stetler Dodge but they had only two Compass on the lot and it was about twenty miles from our home to return for multiple visits. Then, we discovered Susquehanna Dodge in Wrightsville which is only about 8 miles from our home. We looked at vehicles on a Sunday when there would be no "pushy" salesmen around. Much to our surprise, there were multiple Compasses available and we decided to return later in the week. When we arrived, we checked in with the front desk. NO Pushy Salesman accosted us on the lot!!! We were assigned to a salesperson by the receptionist and immediately were greeted by Tricia Harrison. Talk about a match made in heaven! She was friendly, had similar life experiences, enjoyed our company and was willing to help us in any way that she could to make us comfortable and satisfied. She was SO competent that she completed our transaction within an hour and had our vehicle ready for delivery that afternoon. She made sure everything was perfect, even taking us to the service department and introducing the service manager so that we would be familiar with him and the procedures for receiving service at Susquehanna Dodge. Needless to say, this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had and that's saying something since my husband loves to buy new cars! More

Cheyne was very helpful in every regard, and he was and continues to be most generous with his time and attention to detail. We have never had a salesperson explain the many features of our vehicle as thoroughly as Cheyne did during and following delivery. He spent as much time as needed to show us how to use all the new electronics. His knowledge is remarkable. When it came to price, Damian Wissler was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Both have been warm and friendly, and we feel the purchase of our new car, although not one of our favorite activities, was a pleasant and stress free experience. Although our time with the service department has, as you would expect, been minimal, our brief history with the service department has been excellent. Nevin, Jeremy and Collin have answered any questions we have had, they have quickly and efficiently corrected some minor issues with the car, and they have done so in a friendly and helpful way.
