After dealing with the horrible, nightmareish experiences at Stetler Dodge, I found REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE associates at Susquehanna Dodge! They were wonderful, kind, helpful people ! From my first contact with Heather in the Service department, on Sat.Sept.3rd, at around 1pm, I advised that the tow truck was on the way, she told me not to worry, the showroom would be open until 4pm. Dropped the keys off to the gal in the showroom, and she gave me keys to a beautiful Jeep Compass. Nevin called me Monday morning, Sept.5th, said the part would be in Tues. Sept. 6th. Picked-up my Jeep, Tuesday @ noon. I couldn't ask for anything more. (except that my Jeep, with only 12,000 miles was 30 days out - of - warranty ) Why have I given them an outstanding rating? I was so used to being abused elsewhere, that I HAD to express my THANKS ! More
