We bought the car there so the sales people also loose out on any potential business in the future. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. More
poor overpriced service Took my 2014 Traverse there after my xx engine light came on (local shop said timing chain). I called GM because my warranty had just run out but my c Took my 2014 Traverse there after my xx engine light came on (local shop said timing chain). I called GM because my warranty had just run out but my car only had 50k miles. They said I had to take it to a dealer. Suski said it wasn't the timing chain. Well, after 10 WEEKS and $3400. They replaced the knock sensors, then they replaced the high pressure fuel pump, then they replaced the lash adjusters, lifters and head gasket, then they replaced the entire right cylinder head and the timing chain. Whenever I called during those 10 wks, I got answers like we ordered the wrong part, or somebody elses car took to long, or the mechanic has to do some other jobs to make some money. when I finally got my car back, it wouldn't start. Had to get a new battery. Called them last week when my ac wouldn't come on, which I'm sure was due to pulling the motor out of the car. Took a wk to get an appt. Today they recharged the ac, couldn't find any leaks. And still insisted it wasn't from anything they did. Another $104. I would not recommend them for anything to anybody! More

Terrible Experience We have 5 adult children so we have bought our share of used cars. The reason I am writing this review is because the experience we have had with Sus We have 5 adult children so we have bought our share of used cars. The reason I am writing this review is because the experience we have had with Suski’s is the by far the worst experience we have ever had. My elderly father bought a car with 80K miles and the price he paid for indicated it was in excellent condition. After about a month & less than 1000 miles later we had to move him from Michigan to Alabama. On the way we noticed it was not driving well. When we got to Alabama we had two trusted mechanics look at it independently. Both said the engine was in terrible condition and it appeared the oil had never been changed. The pictures the took show the oil sludge that covered the engine. I contacted Suski’s and sent them the pictures of the engine. It had a 3 month warranty because the car had less than 100K miles. The service manager admitted he had not even looked at the engine before selling it to my father, and when I requested they either take the car back or replace the engine he recommended we just clean it and it would be fine. My mechanic said the bearings were damaged and even if the engine ran okay now the damage had been done and it would not last long. It was clear that Suski’s was not interested in making sure my father had a reliable car. They were interested in only one thing - to minimize their losses, so I moved on had the engine replaced. The fact that Suski’s had not even inspected the engine or realized the damage after driving it – even though it was very noticeable - is troubling. What is even more troubling is that even if they did find the damage they would have merely cleaned the oil off and sold it as if it was in excellent condition. I would definitely not recommend this dealership! More

My husband and I have leased and bought vehicles from Mark in the past and he has always provided excellent customer service. Our son bought a vehicle from Suskis and is happy with it also. More
Suski Bucks So you sold me a Chevy Tahoe at the end of 2017 with the Suski Bucks inventive. I called today to get an oil change and inquired about using said Susk So you sold me a Chevy Tahoe at the end of 2017 with the Suski Bucks inventive. I called today to get an oil change and inquired about using said Suski Bucks. I was told that program is no longer as an apparent email went out stating it would end at the end of last year and customers had till end of year to use any balance? Never received an email (pretty poor way to communicate something like that). So when I asked why you are just pulling monies that where contractually given to me at the purchase of a vehicle, was told the fine print says it can be pulled at any time. Pretty upset by this and the way it was handled and communicated. Will NEVER purchase from you again and will certainly be spreading the word of how awful your business model is. More
