Customer for Life My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Her 2007 Yukon needed to be replaced. The replacement vehicle will be another Yukon/Tahoe but newe My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Her 2007 Yukon needed to be replaced. The replacement vehicle will be another Yukon/Tahoe but newer. We pass by Susan Schein almost every week and I always notice they have a lot of nice, clean used cars. So we drop in one evening to see what they had. We see a Tahoe and I get out to check it out and a salesman, Chris Godwin, approaches me. I tell him all he needs to know about what we’re wanting to do so as to keep it very transparent. So we test drive the vehicle as they appraise our Yukon. My wife falls in love with the Tahoe! Then I fall in love with their more than generous offer on our Yukon! So we try to put a deal together but my bank can’t make it work. So back to the drawing board. Good thing there was another Tahoe on the lot that my wife liked, way more than the first, but we thought was out of our budget. So I contact my bank about it and they tell me they can make everything work on that one no problem. Well there was one small problem, the new Tahoe had custom aftermarket wheels on it that didn’t fit my style or taste. So I tell Chris we want this truck but not with the current wheels on it. I ask him why not swap these wheels for the ones on the first Tahoe. He checks with the CEO, Eric Musso, and he says he can’t do it. I’m kind of surprised because this is going to cost them a vehicle sale. Chris tells me don’t give up on me I’m going to see what I can do. An hour or so later the General Sales Manager contacts me and says we’re swapping the wheels now when can you be here? We have a very hectic life with softball every day of the week, so we make it to the dealership around 7:30pm where Chris and Johnny(General Manager)have waited on us to be able to finalize this deal. Upon inspection of this vehicle I find it has an exhaust leak. I mention it to them and they tell me no problem we’ll get it fixed just drop it off in service one day and we’ll give you something to drive. And they did and they had it back to me in one business day! So I can’t say enough positive things about Johnny and his staff! They WANT to sell cars! Chris is the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He wasn’t pushy and didn’t act like he didn’t care. He treated me, my wife, and my kids as if we were family! I was told that this is the new and improved Susan Schein and we’re going to be here for a long time and if the service and pride i received radiates through all other customers they WILL be there for a long time and I will continue to support them! More

Very dishonest...deceitful Visited location in McCalla...they tried to sell us a wrecked car...then a car with a busted battery after we were reassured that it had been serviced Visited location in McCalla...they tried to sell us a wrecked car...then a car with a busted battery after we were reassured that it had been serviced. The manager from the Pelham location called us and told us to.come visit them that they would make it right. They checked my credit...knew we had no money down...showed us two cars. Called next day asked for $1500 down for a specific car. They said they would look.for something else and call before the end of business day. Never heard from them. The manager used the old "BAIT AND HOOK" TECHNIQUE. A very unethical move. Put a ding in my.credit...get people's hopes up. BE VERY AWARE More
