Salesman was nice on first visit. Second visit he had an attitude. Third visit he was quite unprofessional. Sales manager was a jerk. Salesman told me he would replace windshield, but when I came to pick up vehicle and reminded him of that, it all of the sudden became a big deal. Finally the sales manager looked at it and agreed to replace it but treated me like I was stealing from him. I ONLY bought the vehicle at your dealership because my wife wanted THIS particular vehicle. I did not get a “thank you” or a handshake or even one of your employees to actually speak to my wife and make sure she was satisfied with the vehicle. I am supposed to schedule the windshield replacement at the dealership next week. I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism at your store that I wish you guys would just call Safelite and have them come to my house. And to top it off, the inside was not vacuumed before delivery. When I do take the Tahoe back to the dealership to get the windshield replaced, it will be that last time I set foot on your property again. I don’t expect red carpet……I expect decency, courtesy, professionalism, and at least an ounce of appreciation that I bought a vehicle there. Sadly enough, those 4 things were not part of the Susan Schein experience. Pretty sure this survey is a waste, but thanks for the opportunity to at least make a complaint. More

I cannot recommend Susan Schein as long as decision makers lacking integrity like Jeremy are around. More
I bought a car on April 10th and got home and so many things missing from the car. The car has been in there shop more than it was driven.
