HE WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A JERK. SAID THAT MY PROBLEM WILL NOT KEEP HIM UP AT NIGHT AND THAT HE'D SLEEP LIKE A BABY AND HUNG UP ON ME. THE WARRANTY THAT I PURCHASED, NO ONE WILL EXCEPT THE TYPE THEY SOLD ME AND THE PROBLEMS ARE ONLY GETTING WORSE AND TO TOP THAT OFF DRIVING TO WORK THIS MONDAY WHILE POURING DOWN RAIN THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER BROKE OFF AND I WASN'T ABLE TO SEE AND YOU COULD HEARD THE MEDAL CUTTING INTO THE GLASS. SO I MADE IT SAFELY OFF THE INTERSTATE BUT I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING, SO I SAT THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR. I MISSED WORK BECAUSE OF THIS. WHEN IT STOPPED RAINING I DROVE TO A DEALERSHIP CLOSE BY BECAUSE WE HAVE 98° CHANCE OF RAIN ALL DAY LONG. SO I HAD TO PAY TO GET THE WIPERS FIXED, THAT WEREN'T EVEN THE RIGHT ONE'S THAT BELONG ON THIS TRUCK. JUST LEFT A DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT THE TRUCK HAS A LOT OF PROBLEMS, THEY EVALUATED JUST THE THINGS FROM WHAT THEY COULD SEE, BUT THEY SAID I DEFINITELY HAVE ENGINE PROBLEMS JUST BY THE WAY IT SOUNDS. THEY DON'T TAKE THE KIND OF WARRANTY THE DEALERSHIP SOLD ME, BUT SUSAN SCHEIN AUTOMOTIVE WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEMS EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. WELL THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE VISONAL DAMAGE THEY COULD SEE AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET $3,183.05. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I WANT JUSTICE. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE MOTOR AND HOW MUCH THAT WILL BE
