Hassle free experience I went in to Susan Schein on Tuesday afternoon and met with Henry. He was such a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly, honest and trustworthy I went in to Susan Schein on Tuesday afternoon and met with Henry. He was such a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly, honest and trustworthy. I told him what car I was interested in and he wanted me to be comfortable with it so he let me drive it home overnight. I told him about where I wanted my payments to be and he did everything he could to make that happen so I was able to buy from him the very next day. The process was very quick and painless. I really appreciate his help! More

Terrible experience and problems with car I purchased my Mercedes in December 2018 from Vicki. From week one the car had major problems. The first trip to the service department was a suppos I purchased my Mercedes in December 2018 from Vicki. From week one the car had major problems. The first trip to the service department was a supposed replacement of fuel pump not needed but still paid the amount we agreed I would pay. Subsequent trips revealed a leak in the rear of the car that I finally took to another repair place to have it done since the service department at Susan Schein was unable to fix after several tries. The SUV broke down again so I returned to the shop I chose instead of Susan Schein due to not feeling comfortable with the capability of the service department. This time my mechanic found a minimum of 8 issues one being a fire hazard and the other proving no fuel pump had ever been replaced. I have kept correspondence and pictures of the issues for validity of this review. I will say that the dealership did pay for one of the Bill's incurred but not the other. This in my firm belief shows poor customer service with the General Manager, service department, and sales associate for not returning my calls or texts. More
