Once they get your money its over and done! Before buying my car I could call anybody at dealership on cell and business phone, after purchase everyone went into hiding and would not answer the Before buying my car I could call anybody at dealership on cell and business phone, after purchase everyone went into hiding and would not answer the phone. Went to tag place a week later and stood in long line, got up to window and title was void. Tried to call dealer, no one out of four people were available. Had to go out to car and try to call, also DMV tried to call to get new title faxed over to DMV. Couldn't find anyone to help. Also left cd in my trade in and talked to them for a week couldn't get any help retrieving it, they fooled around and car was sold. Bought two cars from them, not anymore. Went in to talk to manager and they offered me to clean my already clean one week old new car or a car wash. That really makes up for all the Stress I went thru leaving work early and going thru all that. Are you kidding me! More
