I must say the customer service was pretty good! However, 2 employees were dishonest, but I guess it’s their job. My proposals did not reflect want my payments are and I’m very disappointed. I didn’t want over a $450 payment and I was shown on the proposal that my payment would be under $450. When I did my paperwork, I guess I was dumb for not asking questions. When I got in the car I realized that my payments were $541. I was informed that the warranty was included in the proposal, but that was not true. I left the car overnight last night because I was informed that it was going to be buffed and cleaned up. I asked for that yesterday and I put it in writing. I went to pick the car up around 1 today and it wasn’t cleaned up. I was told to bring it back Tuesday because they were busy. So, I guess I’m not a customer now. No floor mat and I was informed that I was going to get some. The second key could not be found. So, I have to purchase one. If it’s not too late can I cancel this contract! The monthly payments are now sitting well with me More

My husband & I were very pleased how the staff at Susan Schein accepted us as we walked in the door & were both greeted with a kind and courteous manner! We were then lead to the salesman that had helped u Schein accepted us as we walked in the door & were both greeted with a kind and courteous manner! We were then lead to the salesman that had helped us before and Mr. Gary Tatum worked hard with helping us choose a car we had in mind to buy.
