So it happens I bought a mercedes c300 from this dealership, and understandably as is..being having read the reviews, I decided to skip the trip to go buy a car in Florida and decided to stick with dealership, and understandably as is..being having read the reviews, I decided to skip the trip to go buy a car in Florida and decided to stick with them. The car seemed fine,well buttoned up..That's what I thought. I knew as a used vehicle,repairs would have been needed at some point having trust in the so called dealership,didn't presume it had problems, it's a reputable dealership! How wrong I was...what a reputation of them they left me with. Unfortunately, this thing had leaks and camshaft timing codes that had been previously cleared,mind this now,its not been a week yet..I doubt the fact that if it came with a warranty they would give credence to honoring the repairs! I'm not here to tarnish any names but I feel like they are masquerading as a good dealership but I beg to differ and sold me a bandaid' car, might as well gone to a buy here pay here place.. Pictures will speak for themselves since hey they got me,don't let them get you. The tpms sensor has never reprogrammed after being told they changed it and i should drive a couple of miles.,they just reset the codes.,they are financial rapists. Repairs are currently being undertaken at a reputable repair shop at a hefty tag but it's cool. One way or another, this should serve as a keep away notice. It's a man eat man society over there. They are a sinking ship. They will sell you a piece of junk knowingly and refuse to stand behind their product. They’ll tell you they are under new management, that’s not true anymore, as they have recently fired the new GM who was attempting to change their business model for the better. Bought a 2017 dodge challenger back at the end of January and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Had to have it towed 10 days after purchasing it. Fixed and thought I had it resolved. 2 months later breaks and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Had to have it towed 10 days after purchasing it. Fixed and thought I had it resolved. 2 months later breaks down for the same reason again. Had it towed to dealership. After the headache of waiting on the warranty claim and a week for them to diagnose the problem. Claims it was the wire harness Replaced that. Got it back over a month later. 3,900 repair btw Ran for a day and broke down again for the same thing. Found the wire harness was poorly installed. Wire sleeve just dangling on the back of the engine block, wires running to the engine not even clipped in properly. The plastic guard covering the pcm just laying there loose towed back to them again! . Went to try and get my salesperson to help make it right since I’ve had 3 issues for the same thing in the past 2 MONTHS. No luck. Seems that the service department doesn’t do a very good inspection before putting their vehicles out for sale Found other problems as well that were obvious. But ignored. Now I wait to see if the service department is going to fix the problem. More
Called a day prior to look at car. Scheduled appointment to test drive the following day at 4pm. Absolutely horrible first experience with a dealership and I am scarred for life. To top it off, the guy I spoke with didn't even have the xxxxx to tell me with a simple phone call or text and instead left his younger colleague to deliver the bad news to me. -10/10 More
