Came in for an oil change. Asked service advisor about an email I received regarding the screen in my car going black. I’ve already had this fixed once and it still does it. Advisor had no clue what I was talking about and said they can’t do anything today. Got the car back from the oil chage/ tire rotation. Car was not washed despite it being noted as washed on my paperwork. Tire pressure was low and the light was on. Obviously not a lot of attention to detail here More
