The first night the General Sales Manager, Martin, told me I could either buy the car that night or he would not sell me a car because they were offering me such a good deal (supposedly) that they would get in trouble with the general manager if they did the deal while he was at work, but he was out sick. I was catching on to the fact that they were trying a high pressure sales tactic because i am young and they thought i didn't know better, so i left. I came back to do the deal on another mustang that was at another location. I was told they would get the car either that night or the next morning. I called to ask about the car, being that they had me go through finance and i did not have a car 20 hours later. I spoke to the same rude bald headed general sales manager once more on the phone because he wanted to speak to me, not because i asked for him. he continued to tell me how incompetent i was and how it doesn't matter that i was being pleasant with him because "that is common courtesy and after the good deal they gave me i should be thanking them and nothing but pleasant and understanding". Me being upset, told the man "okay, please just let me know when my car is there so we can get this over with" and i hung up. Martin then called me back and said "did you just hang up on me?" and i told him yes, and that the only reason I get like that with people is when i get disrespected or when someone messes with my money, and that he was doing both. He then told me "okay, well as a matter of fact, were not getting the car anymore so you can come bring us our loaner car back right now". The GENERAL SALES MANAGER who is a step below the GENERAL MANAGER took away my opportunity to purchase a vehicle because he got mad because i hung up on him and he didn't like it. He instigated the situation and was trying to argue with me when i was trying to leave it as pleasant as possible. IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS, I THE CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO HAVE PEACE WITH THE CONSUMER WHO WAS INSTIGATING WITH ME!!Surprise Ford is the typical rude and nasty car buying dealership and anyone who values respect in the slightest should take their business elsewhere. More

The hardest part was of course figuring out which model would fit our needs, and finances. Patrick was very helpful with information and comparisons of the cars. We were able to make a deal that was comfortable for us. Sean, the finance guy was pleasant to work with too. Truly, this is the easiest time we've had buying a new car, and are very pleased with our purchase. More

Sadly, this was at the expense of seeing someone treat their parents with so much disrespect and disregard for humanity that their mother left with a crushed spirit in tears. I have never been so swindled and poorly treated before. Call me naive for living in a shell of amazing people. By the looks of your past reviews, I’m not the only one who left completely defeated and devastated. Complaining to management has done no good. Really, in the grand scheme, I’m a drop in your bucket. So my little voice you disregarded will be heard as I make sure I let all platforms know how you completely broke a family of 5 and left them high and dry with no remorse. Here’s my story. We were rear-ended by someone texting and driving. Their car was totaled. Ours badly damaged. Most important, no one was hurt and my 3 babies were not in the car. After 2 weeks of getting our car fixed at a shop, they called to say more damage was found and the car is now totaled. Ugh. Punch to the gut as we just paid off the truck last year. We start our search for another vehicle whilst we pay for a rental to use in the meantime. Finding a great car a Surprise Ford, my husband meets with Omar (lovely gentleman) and Dan to discuss pricing. My brother is sick with a bone marrow condition and I had a dr appt I had to attend with him so I could not tag along. After Dan and my husband agree on a number, he lets him know that I need to see it to agree but due to being with my brother, it cannot be until tomorrow. They agreed. I called Dan the next day and made arrangements to meet him, look at the car and test drive. We again talked pricing after and committed to a number on both ends. Dan said it was a done deal! Go get your hubby and come back to sign. I left, picked up the kiddos from school and met up with my hubby to return our rental so he could drive his new car home. Dan tried to get him to return the rental with him and he would arrange to get it back to Enterprise. We felt more comfortable doing it ourselves. Upon feeding the babies dinner, we arrive to sign paperwork. Dan said come whenever, he worked until 9pm! ;) We show up at 6:30pm. Dan meets us at the door, says all is ready, leads us to a table to wait and says he will be back. Kids playing and being so well behaved. But we wait. And wait about 20 more min after. No Dan. Out comes a sales manager who we’ve never met. Says Dan “went home”. Really?! Then gives us a number that is almost 2K over what we already agreed on and doesn’t budge. Says Dan “xxxxxxxxxxx you” “told you what you want to hear” “blew smoke out his xxx”. Great way to talk to a lady, right? I definitely was impressed (insert sarcasm here). Furthermore refuses to acknowledge our agreement, gets another sales rep involved and basically it’s tough “xxxx”, We’re not honoring the deal you made 2 hours earlier. Pay this or not at all (in so many words). So, here we are. Left with no car (turned in the rental-Dan knowingly let us) no deal, and a sales guy who ran home with his tail between his legs and couldn’t stay to face us. Furthermore, not only were we stranded with no other vehicle, it was almost 8pm now, my babies still being wonderfully behaved but not once did they care we dragged them out here on a school night when they should be at home doing homework and getting ready for bed instead of dealing with frustrated parents. There was no grace, no empathy, no humility at all. These men can’t have kids or wives, you’de think? No way can someone treat a family this way and be a family man himself. Yet they were. Compassion and empathy may be my thing. Im a school nurse after all. But at what point is it just being a good human? And why was that so hard? So, surprise Ford, thanks for taking away transportation from my kids to school today, for my husband and myself a way to work, for making my kids go to bed late for no good reason But most importantly for showing them a lesson on charcter. <3 More
