Mr. Glad, we appreciate you taking the time to speak our Service Director regarding the concerns on your vehicle. As discussed, the oil and filter change were done on your vehicle back in November and the reason why you are seeing the dirt accumulation is that your vehicle is likely due for another oil change. Our records show that when you visited with us last our team made notes that they advised you there was a “leak” and that it would require a diagnostic to see what was causing it and you declined. Our multipoint inspections are very thorough and we try to be sure that any possible issues are communicated. Since your last visit was 6 months ago and we are unsure what was discussed we are willing to work with you to replace your water pump by trying to secure you the best price possible. I don’t feel that I should have to delete my negative review in order to get my $100 deductible refunded to me. If you treated customers fairly you wouldn’t need to worry about your reviews! I sure wouldn’t want Karma to bite me over $100 if I were you. If just one person reads my review and doesn’t buy a car from you it will cost you way more than $100!

I would like to commend the great effort to make this situation right by the Customer service manager Debbie Hogan and the awesome new G.M. of the dealership. After speaking to both of them for over 30 minutes of their valuable time it was sorted out and made right at the top. However there was still a huge stumbling block that my brother had ask the finance manager and salesman on Saturday for them to use his Credit Union America First. The finance man said they did and it was rejected. Sadly we were contacted by America First on Tuesday the first day banking resumed asking for the VIN # as the dealership never gave it to them, and ask when we expected to complete the deal on the truck. America first told Brad (my brother) that his $47K was pending any purchase anytime and never rejected. This totally sunk the deal with the dealership in Brads mind and we did not get the truck. I give the GM and Customer service Manager highest of marks, but the finance manager and salesman were so far out of line in this deal it is sad that to say you still must watch who you deal with there.

Tried 3 times today to reach Debbie Hogan per your direction. Call was cut off each time after pressing "2" for sales. Maybe a phone glitch on your end, but the experience keeps getting worse.
