I would never go back there. We have purchased many cars in the past from various dealers in Arizona. I learned that Surprise Ford advertises one specific price for a specific ve We have purchased many cars in the past from various dealers in Arizona. I learned that Surprise Ford advertises one specific price for a specific vehicle, but won't actually sell it for anything close to that price after you have driven there and test driven the vehicle. In the "fine print" of their ads, well below their advertised price, they have written that there will be other additional dealer charges. So, legally they can get away with it. They said: "We post the vehicle ads before we learn the cost of everything we'll need to do to the vehicle before sale." In my case, when I got there and I said I'd buy it for the asking price, they then tried to charge me an additional $3,600+ in additional dealer "costs" before tax, licensing, registration, and doc fees. Sure, it is Legal for them to attempt to do that given their ad's fine print, but it is SO UNETHICAL! They'd been advertising it for over 3 weeks at that price. I'm never going back there, and would recommend that others never actually go in to the store unless they first get a specific EXACT total sale price on a specific vehicle in advance over the phone/ by email or by text. #WastedMorning #IMHOUnethicalPractices More

I took my Escape in for a routine oil change. At no point did the advisor do a walk around with me before or after service. When I got my Escape back there was a loud rattle coming from the passe At no point did the advisor do a walk around with me before or after service. When I got my Escape back there was a loud rattle coming from the passenger side and it started to pull to the right. The next day we saw a large scratch/scuff on the front passenger bumper. Underneath the car on the passenger side, the plastic splash shield was loose and bent along with the screws being stripped. I have tried to contact them but they have not gotten back to me about these issues. I was hesitant to use their Service Department due to previous issues, but they offered appointments. I now regret not going and waiting at another dealership. More

One of the managers told the salesman "can she even afford the vehicle" So we walked out the door... COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I went to Bell Ford the next day and Purchased a 2018 Expedition Limited where they took care of us. Tried to give them another shot about 5 months later to look for another vehicle, surprisingly no one approached us or offered to help us look, instead, they continued talking to each other. Don't even waste your time coming here. Amazing Dealerships across the street... (Coulter Nissan - Luke and Justin are great and Sands Kia - Derek is amazing, and if you are looking for a ford Bell Ford will take care of you!) Even when taking the Expedition in for maintenance issues and a recall it was a hassle and was always another issue. Yet again, Bell Ford to the rescue. More

Went to see/test drive some cars, was going well, asked for a trade value, told they would need to make some calls and get back to me the next day, didn’t happen. Spoke to the sales manager who assured me that was not the norm, took details, said he would get me the figures and work with me “I’m working on making this happen for you” was his exact words in writing. Nothing, since. Have text twice today, nothing. Had 3 days free, spent them chasing this dealership, now I’m working and the chance to buy a car has slipped for another few weeks, disgusting that they make promises and don’t keep them or even have the decency to reply to a message or phone call. The manager Jason spoke to me in a condescending tone. Every time I tried to explain my frustration he would cut me off. After much debate with my wife we decided to leave.
