I recently dropped my car off for service and noticed that round wheel boots were being placed on my tires and I asked why and was told that this was a new wheel alignment tester. A printout was handed that round wheel boots were being placed on my tires and I asked why and was told that this was a new wheel alignment tester. A printout was handed to me indicating that I needed an alignment. I agreed to the work believing that the alignment would be one of the repairs that would be added after the diagnostics were done. Later in the day, a service assistant/tech called and itemized the problems that needed repair which included the wheel alignment at a cost of $590 and I asked her to wait until I checked with my husband who said not to get the work done. Because the $590 quote included the wheel alignment I presumed that the work had not been done. My receipt states "No work done at this time customer declined all repairs." It appears that their practice is to get you to agree right away to at least one repair that they do before checking over your car. When I called the service manager he said I signed a paper authorizing the service center to do the wheel alignment although no copy was given. He offered to take $100 off the additional service if I have the work done there. Not satisfied, I called Jeep customer service who spoke with the service manager and they said they had to go with what the service manager said was my agreement to have the alignment done. Suresky's has not heard the end of my complaint. I think a resounding "buyer beware" is the best advice I could give anyone planning on doing business with this company. More

This is by far the Worst dealership around. The staff is unable to fix a problem the first time, causing you to return several times for any repairs. Then they have the nerve to treat you like the're doing unable to fix a problem the first time, causing you to return several times for any repairs. Then they have the nerve to treat you like the're doing you a favor. They attempted to charge me a deductible for a warranty re-repair. Stay away from this place.. I wish someone has given me this information before I purchased my jeep there. More
Went to look for a jeep patriot/compass and the dealer had no idea where anything was in the lot. I ended up locating vehicles in the lot before they could and had to clean the snow off them myself before had no idea where anything was in the lot. I ended up locating vehicles in the lot before they could and had to clean the snow off them myself before a test drive. Very unorganized and seemed like I knew more about the vehicles than she did. There was no sense of urgency or any attempt to make me feel like a welcome customer. More

Saleperson John DeMarco whom we informed we were just pricing and gaining information and were not ready to purchase until we were satisfied we were getting a good deal. Mr. DeMarco was not only accomodating but extremely informative, professional and not pushy at all. John went out of his way to educate us on different model vehicles as well as give us pricing information and help us to find a price range to help keep us in our budget. John went way above and beyond considering his time with us could have been spent selling a car to a more serious buyer. We were so Impressed and truly felt John was more interested in helping us than taking our money. In total we were at the dealership about 2 hours where other dealerships couldnt be bothered once they realised we weren't ready buyers. Thank you John DeMarco for your courtesy, respect, knowledge and concern. We will see you soon to bring home our new car and will recommend you to everyone we know. More
I went into Suresky Dodge today to get a quote on a new car. Our salesman John DeMarco was working up a quote for us, meeting with managers. While we were waiting, we walked around the showroom looking a car. Our salesman John DeMarco was working up a quote for us, meeting with managers. While we were waiting, we walked around the showroom looking at their vehicles. We waited for about 20 to 30 minutes. We were not impatient nor did we say a word to our salesman about it taking a long time. He came back with the quote and immediately said to us "it looks like you want to get out of here standing their impatiently with your hands in your pockets, but you are not buying something at Walmart". I asked why he is giving us such attitude and he said that he wasn't. I guess we were supposed to stay sitting in our chairs the entire time. This is not the only problem, but by far the biggest and also the reason we will not be giving them our business. We were given a trade in for our car $2000 below the Kelly blue book, but it only has 85,000 miles and is in very good to excellent condition. They also, only took $1300 off the sticker price. They write up their quotes to deceive customers. The price at the bottom is how much you will owe after your downpayment and trade in. They try to make it look as though you are buying it for much less. More
I went to the dealership ready to buy and negotiated a good price for a 2012 Challenger. But, ultimately the discourtesy of both my salesman, MJ, and the manager, Dennis, drove me away. And today, I bough good price for a 2012 Challenger. But, ultimately the discourtesy of both my salesman, MJ, and the manager, Dennis, drove me away. And today, I bought the car from another dealership. The deal I negotiated with MJ was for $X plus tax and title. I specifically asked if there were any other fees, and was told no. Then, come paperwork time, MJ hits me with a $75 document fee. I am aware that this fee is pretty standard in the industry, but the deal we negotiated was inclusive of all fees except tax and title. When I asked MJ to honor the deal we made, and I refused to pay the document fee, the manager, Dennis came over and said "I'm not giving you another dollar." Nice way to talk to a customer. Then, on my way out, MJ told me I "have no class." If you're in the market for a Chrystler, Jeep, or Dodge, I highly recommend you go Rockland instead. They were top notch; my salesman, Walter, especially. More
my 2007 wrangler X must have been build on Mon!! numerus problems : heads , exhaust, fuel , wheel bearing , brakes, sensors , radiator catalitic converter and another number i have forgotten--- B numerus problems : heads , exhaust, fuel , wheel bearing , brakes, sensors , radiator catalitic converter and another number i have forgotten--- BUT -- the dealer stood behind their product, everything was repaired and or replaced, most of the time with a smile --- Suresky did not build the jeep but tried to make my not less the 20 trips as painless as the situation allowed . Once I did have to escalate the issue to thier top management who got involved and solved the situation to my satisfaction . I was one of those small group of people who purchased thier LIFETIME bumper to bumper warrenty when it was offered for a short time back in 2007 . This is my 3rd jeep and I am still a believer my fourth will be from Suresky again More
The reverse gear on my Dodge Nitro had stopped working and was towed from the original dealership to Dodge Suresky. I soon received a phone call from the service department that tried to charge me fo and was towed from the original dealership to Dodge Suresky. I soon received a phone call from the service department that tried to charge me for parts their technicians might break while removing, miscellaneous labor charges, a brake switch light (which was fine before they had it) and transmission flushing (which is covered by my warranty). Warranty covered $2,700, while my deductible, as expected was $250. Marco (service advisor), told me I was responsible for $680.00 in additional fees. After telling him to not work on the car until I spoke to my warranty company, he leaves a voice mail a half hour later explaining that the parts they had to break to get to my transmission, did not break. This brought my payment down to $540. The service advisor stated that I should be happy they were covering $2,700. I replied with, 'that is why I paid an additional $2,000 when I bought the car.' These are services I paid for. In person, I asked for copies and an itemized pricing list for all services. When I questioned Marco about my brake lamp switch (which controls all of the brake lights, reverse lights etc.) he deflected, saying I should take it up with Mazda, where I bought the car. I spoke with my warranty company earlier that day, explaining the conflict in payment arrangements. After receiving the copies I had asked for, Marco assured me that he could get some of the fees "waived". I picked up my car on Wednesday and paid only my deductible. The following Saturday, I heard a clanking noise in my engine, I immediately lost power under the gas pedal and my first thought was, transmission! I made it to a parking lot, shut the car off and tried to turn it back on. The lights came on and a clicking sound ensued. I contacted Suresky, who shuffled me around 3 or 4 times before reaching a manager and demanded a tow. 1 1/2 hours into rebuilt transmission (which cost $3,000), an "unexplainable internal malfunction" that caused the starter to fail, as stated by Marco Sanchez and Doug Dulgarian. Unexplainable internal malfunction...? I would have never contacted Suresky again, if I did not know they were 100% responsible for the careless repair on my transmission. My vehicle has high mileage (which Doug, the service manager, clung to for dear life in repetition) but there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my starter before. They needed to remove it to get to the tranny, which when questioned, as I played stupid, Doug stated, "No, the starter stays in the engine." Suresky would have rated a negative number because of bad service, patronizing the customers and basically not being responsible for the vehicles or service they provide. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Department of Motor Vehicles and am currently in process of serving them with a summons for small claims court. I am only looking for my deductible, tow fee, and court costs as compensation- a fair trade at the least. More
