We have been coming here for a long time and each time we purchased a vehicle from here, it has been smooth. We were in the market for a family SUV. We visited so many dealers (not Suresky) to learn about and test drive various 3 row SUVs and honestly always either never had anyone bother to greet us, or hardly showed any interest in trying to make any deals happen. It always felt shocking to know that as a customer, many companies were totally fine with just ignoring you. At Suresky, the second you walk in the door, there are people that are ready and willing to work with you to make deals happen. I even filled out a form online showing interest in a vehicle and got a call from Suresky virtually immediately to assist me in my interest. When we decided the car we were interested in was a 2020 Dodge Durango, we immediately called Suresky and worked with with a salesperson named Anthony. Anthony is friendly, professional, and upfront about what we can afford and how we can make what we want a reality. Anthony has helped our family many times in purchasing vehicles so we knew he would be a reliable salesperson to work with! After explaining to him what we wanted in a car, Anthony told us that they have the exact car that we wanted en route to the dealer and we were able to claim it as ours. Due to Covid and production, the wait time for the car to come in took a few weeks but anytime we reached out to Anthony, he was always happy to give us an update. He even reached out to us to let us know that he did not forget about us and provided us with an update as well. When it came time for numbers, Anthony was able to crunch the numbers and got us to where we are comfortable. The car is perfect and is everything I wanted in a SUV!!! It is such a smooth and comfortable family muscle SUV. LOVE IT!! Thank you so much to Anthony and Suresky for making our perfect family vehicle possible for us! Also, shout out to the Suresky service department and Tony for always helping us with all of our service needs! Tony is another star employee of Suresky who is honest and upfront.
