Could not be more upset about being charged $700 for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and mysteriously while my car is in y'alls possession the battery goes dead. I never had an issue with it, but as soon as y’all got it, the battery needs to be replaced??? I call xx. I bought 3 cars from y’all in the last 4-5 years. Go look it up if ya don’t believe me. 2 in 1 day!! One of them was a highlander I bought outright for my wife for about 36K! Awhile later I bought a new car from y’all. Kept coming to y’all after my warranty expired for oil changes with my 2020 Corolla since I bought it new from you guys. Then y’all repay me by charging $700 for a battery, oil change and an alignment. I also told them that my car had a weird ticking sound and the guy determined it was a loose or broken engine insulator mount and that it would be $800 to fix-no thank you. Upon picking my car up I was told that I was being charged another $140 for y’all to tell me what was wrong with the ticking noise in my car!! Lol! Seriously?? This is why no one wants to bring their cars to dealerships for service because y’all completely screw them like y’all did me. It’s ridiculous. It happened this time, but it wont happen again. That’s a promise. Y’all do not have to worry about me ever buying another car from y’all and surely will never service my cars there again!! 1 week ago I would have had every intention of continuing to do business with you guys, but not anymore. Not after how this all went down. Do better Supreme Toyota. Treat the people that do business with you better. I bet the person that reads this will have to go look at the invoice to figure out how a bill could get to $700 for an oil change, alignment, battery replacement, and to tell someone what the noise was coming from my car. Bad business. Bad bad business. Hope you guys treat your other customers better than you did me. Deuces.. More

Said they balanced and aligned my wheels. Went to shop a quarter of mile down the road to have the brakes serviced for 150 dollars less than supreme Toyota quoted me. The shop then showed me that my wheels were still unbalanced and needed to be aligned. Supreme Toyota only would give me 50 of the 200 dollars they charged me back. Absolutely ripped me off because of the “cost of labor” that wasn’t performed. More
