Arrived 0825 hours. Sat in waiting area and noticed my truck outside where customer vehicles are staged for customer pickup. I noticed it around 0900, but I think it was there longer. At 0935 i was told it is ready. I sat needlessly for at least one half hour. I suspect I sat for around 45 minutes. That is all. More
