Horrible experience I bought a 2018 Highlander in August 2018. Nine months later I’ve had MULTIPLE issues with it, with the major issue being the air conditioner not work I bought a 2018 Highlander in August 2018. Nine months later I’ve had MULTIPLE issues with it, with the major issue being the air conditioner not working properly. Most recently, the dashboard needed to be replaced and the service techs totally messed up the car, even forgetting to put pieces back where they go. The finance dept was a nightmare to work with, the sales team is a joke, and the service manager called to tell me that I caused pieces to fall off. I’ve never experienced poorer customer service. I’d like to think I just have a lemon, but I’m beginning to think Toyota is skimping on quality. The only positive I’ve had is with Bo (the manager) and Rae in service, but I would never purchase anything from this dealership. More

Canceled my Car I came in to hope of looking to trade in my car. Keep in mind the car is in my husbands name, so I agreed to trade it in but my husband didn’t and the I came in to hope of looking to trade in my car. Keep in mind the car is in my husbands name, so I agreed to trade it in but my husband didn’t and they removed the insurance plate and everything else from my car, pretty much making it illegal to drive. The workers are incredibly rude and disrespectful DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! More

Not fond of the forced VIN Etching (wish it was just a choice for those who might want it), but ignore it and work your price as if it didn't exist. Other than the final details, my dealings with the dealership were great. Sales, Parts, Service... they all were friendly and eager to handle whatever you needed, even the extra effort. More
Taken Advantage Of!!!! I was very disappointed in the dealership. I feel I was taken advantage of during the paperwork. I was told one thing and charged more--- a lot more. Declined Gap Insurance and charge!! I also was charged for service maintenance but didn't know that I was. When signing keypad the screen was not turned to me,he would just tell me what I was signing. And wasn't given all my paperwork when leaving- that was definitely on purpose!!! I have bought numerous vehicles by myself and have never experienced such dishonestly and unprofessionalism. Shame on the employee and the dealership. You will never see the whites of my eyes again!!!! More

The finance manager blatantly lied to my face when questioned about the detail line items on my finance agreement. Their sales practices are suspect - you get a price, a rate and you think all is fine and then hidden fees and amount come out after you have signed the agreement. I cannot understand how they can be so unethical with their customers. The salesperson gives you one amount and the finance manger jacks it up and talks in circles lying about the differences in amounts. Extremely disappointed with my visit and I recommend to EVERYONE Do not use this dealer!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!! More

As a first time internet car buyer; the entire experience was so easy; and the expertise of our salespeople was the best ever, I was shocked at the ease of working with Joey Chenier in the online process. Once we arrived at the dealership, my husband and I were absolutely blown away by Samantha Michelli, who made our car buying experience completely painless. Samantha had the best attitude, and was so knowledeable about the Camry we purchased for our daughter. We Loved her! If you are looking for a car, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I drove 3 hours to come to Supreme for the wonderful deal and excellent salespeople. We test drove the car that we had recieved a video for, and about an hour and a half later, we were driving our beautiful car away. Thank you so much Supreme! Thank you Samantha and Joey! My husband and i will be returning for our next purchase. Do yourself a favor, come see Samantha, or Joey...you won't be disapointed. More
