I recently purchase my first vehicle and it was the best experience. CJ and Patrick were the salesperson and financial person I dealt with. They were pleasant and nice. They never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. CJ even made sure I knew everything I was signing. If I didn't understand something, he gladly stopped me from signing and explain what I was signing again to make sure I understood. Patrick was never overwhelming or negative. I enjoyed both people. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Dusty who was a joy to be around. I love my car and my experience I had at supreme. I will return and recommend to others. Supreme Toyota New Vehicle Purchase Experience Supreme Toyota is one of only two dealerships participating in the Cosco new car program. We purchased a new Highlander and was offered a discount tha Supreme Toyota is one of only two dealerships participating in the Cosco new car program. We purchased a new Highlander and was offered a discount that was significantly greater than what two other dealerships were willing to offer. Joey, our sales rep,, was very easy to deal with and he did not pressure us into purchasing add-ons that we did not need. When our new vehicle arrived at the dealership, Joey took all the time that my wife and I needed to explain the many features of our new SUV. The financial counselor, C.J. Wanamaker explained to us several warranty options that Toyota offered but he did not pressure us into purchasing any of them. There are many other positives to write about however, in summary, the purchasing experience at Supreme Toyota of Hammond was excellent. It was well worth the trip from Baton Rouge to purchase a vehicle from this dealer ship. More
