My wife and I bought a brand new 4 runner and a 2015 tundra in the same week less than a year ago from your dealership. Now, my tundra has only 50,000 miles and the A/C quit working. It’s very sad when a 19yr old female college student goes in for an oil change and tire rotation and they are told the bill is $340 plus tax. My daughter called me in tears because I gave her $100 for her oil change when she is presented with her bill, I and my whole family are loyal Toyota customers for 40 plus years. If this is how Supreme Toyota in Hammond,La takes advantage of struggling college students, Corporate needs to intervene and someone should be reprimanded. The employee she encountered the problem with is Eduardo. I spoke to Eduardo on the phone and asked what warranted the tire balance and he had no response. I just drove my daughter’s car the day before for over an hour and the tires didn’t need to be balanced. Sad sad sad Toyota. Good business last forever bad business is only short term. The folks at Supreme Toyota are really good. I was in need of a tire repair due to a nail in one of the tires. When they inspected the issue they also found that I needed a front end alignment. I went to Supreme Toyota because I believed I had a screw in my tire. They checked it & told me it was not repairable because it was too close to the edge of the tire. I was not happy about paying that much for a tire and she asked another service tech to take a look at my tire again to make sure it was not able to be repaired. The second opinion also said, the tire was not repairable. They did not have the tire in stock & I told her I’d let her know if I wanted them to order me a tire. I had it checked at a local tire center the next day & the screw had NOT penetrated my tire at all. There was NO leak. The service tech checked it with soapy water and this man said your tire is fine, you don’t need anything done to the tire. I’m not sure how thoroughly they check a tire to see if it can be repaired at Supreme Toyota but I almost bought a $325.00 tire when I didn’t need it. I only have 6300 miles on my car by the way. I hope they weren’t trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. More

I had an appointment with a salesman and when I got to the dealership I found out it was his day off. The rest of the experience was good.
