Showed up on time for my tire rotation appointment. Was finished in 1.5 hours. They also charged 50 bucks for a paper cabin air filter. Was extremely displeased with service. Should have been a free oil change since I bought the vehicle with 6700 miles on it. Had appt for 11 and it took hours for the service. I would highly recommend this service dept. Armando, Jeremy and Jimmy were fantastic taking care of my 2021 Camry hybrid, which is not a year old. This car had a horrendous smell due to Hurricane Ida an Jeremy and Jimmy were fantastic taking care of my 2021 Camry hybrid, which is not a year old. This car had a horrendous smell due to Hurricane Ida and a rodent. They kept me updated on the damage that they found in my car. All were professional and courteous.
