NOT SURE WHERE TO START. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. MY HUSBAND TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP FOR OVER TWO MONTHS. THEY PUT OVER 15 PARTS ON IT AND IT STILL WOULD NO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. MY HUSBAND TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP FOR OVER TWO MONTHS. THEY PUT OVER 15 PARTS ON IT AND IT STILL WOULD NOT START. DALE SHOULD RETIRED . HE MOVES AND TALKS SLOW. HE COULD CARE LESS ABOT THE PEOPLE AND HIS JOB. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET HIS TRUCK TOTALLED AND HAD TO GO THROUGH MY INSURANCE. ALL BECAUSE I MENTIONED JOE IN SERVICE THAT MY NEIGHBOR CAR WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTENING AND THEY JUMPED AT THE CHANCE AND SAID OH THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HUSBAND TRUCK. xxxxxxxx. THEY KNOW THEY MESSED MY HUSBAND TRUCK UP AND WAS TRYING TO COVER THERE xxx. THEY SAID OH WE CAN'T FIND THE PARTS YOU NEED FOR YOUR TRUCK . JUST CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND GET IT TOTALLED . I WILL NEVER BUY A NISSAN EVER. I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER BUY A NISSAN AND NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. (SLIDELL)THEY CLAIM THEY STOP MAKING PARTS FOR CERTAIN TRUCKS. MY HUSBAND TRUCK HAD ONLY 104,000 MILES HIS TITAN. THAT TRUCK WAS NOT CHEAP. HE BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW. IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. JOE TRIED TO GET US TO BUY ANOTHER TRUCK OFF THIS LOT. THAT'S A JOKE. I WILL ALSO PUT THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I HAVE TOLD PEOPLE ABOUT THIS AND THEY START LAUGHING ABOUT THE STRUCK BY LIGHTING PART. JOKE OFF A PLACE. IF I DID'NT HAVE INSURANCE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THAT LARGER MISTAKE THEY MADE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THESE IDIOTS. More
As I walked into the dealership for my meeting with Khristy, feeling a little nervous. I was greeted by a few people mainly because of my Hogwarts shirt. It was the warmest welcome I've ever encountere Khristy, feeling a little nervous. I was greeted by a few people mainly because of my Hogwarts shirt. It was the warmest welcome I've ever encountered at a dealership. Khristy and the GM (can't remember his name but I know what Hogwarts House he's in) both were great! Needless to say I left very happy in my '23 Nissan Altima. The following week I had phone calls from Khristy just to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything, it was truly easy and she is a wonderful person. There's not enough stars to rate! 100 points goes to Khristy (Slytherin house). Thanks again! More
