We have used their service shop many times. This most recent service was to mount and balance our new tires. They completed the service in one day. We brought it home, parked it for the night. When we got up in the morning one tire was flat, so back to dealership. They said valve stem was leaking and needed replacement. Completed that with a sorry about that from Quentin. Brought it home noticed a lug-nut was missing from same wheel! Needless to say it’s another trip back to them to get the lug-nut.Quentin is a great at his job but the guy that’s worked on our vehicle needs to either slow down a bit or pay closer attention to the task.
