Supreme Ford of Slidell responded

We understand your frustration sir, however we did everything we could to help you. Your 2013 Fusion was towed to us for a no-start condition, and the tech started diagnostics that day and determined that the car would need an engine computer which is covered by an emission warranty that is provided by Ford with no deductible. As we advised at the time of the diagnostic test, the computer had to be special-ordered. Once we installed the computer, we did find that your engine ran very poorly and was mis-firing. The tech then determined that oil was leaking internally into 2 of the individual coils (please note this car is not equipped with a coil pack). You did mention to us that the oil was recently changed and no oil leak was noted, but that was because the oil leak was internal. Also of note, the oil change was not performed here at the dealership. During the course of repairing the oil leak, high pressure fuel tubes are required to be replaced when accessing the valve cover gasket per Ford. After the oil leak was corrected and the effected coils replaced, diagnostic readings where checked and a fuel control issue was revealed. Further diagnostics showed that a HEGO sensor was faulty and caused the sparkplugs to be fouled. With your approval, the sparkplugs and HEGO sensor where replaced. During the replacement of the HEGO (located in the exhaust system) damage was discovered and reported to you at the time. Again, we understand how frustrating this situation is, and we wish there was a way we could make it easier, however we cannot predict what damage we will find when a used vehicle is brought in with issues. We do everything we can to keep repair costs as low as possible, and to work as quickly as possible, to provide the least amount of inconvenience to our customers.
