I had an issue with my air conditioner and the car is still covered under warranty. I made an appointment 3 days in advance letting them know the issue ahead of time. I went drop off the vehicle today after arranging a ride home. When I got to the service department the front desk person asked if I could leave it for a couple of days to which I said that is fine and asked if he thought it would be done by Wednesday (6 days away) as I had an appointment that day and would not be able to arrange a ride. He stated that they would likely not even be able to look at it by then and that they had a lot of people in front of me (which is fine, first come first server). I asked if I could just make another appointment and bring it by when they had time to actually look at it. The answer was no. I have to leave my car there for whole week to just sit there and not even be looked at. I'm not sure they know how appointments work. Seemed crazy to me that they are asking people to leave their cars knowing they can not even look at them for an entire week. Why not make appointments for people when they can actually look at the vehicle. I understand that parts and diagnostics may take a few days but to have someone leave there car to wait in line for a week is a bit much. I contacted the manger thinking there must be a mistake he stated if was a Ford policy and that I would have to leave my car there and that I was lucky as every other Ford deanship is over a month wait. I called another for Dealership in the area and they laughed at this. Told me they would make an appointment next Monday (3 days) and that they would be able to begin diagnostics and the work as soon as I dropped it off (like every other auto shop in history). The people were nice and not rude but the way they handle customers is unsat. More
HORRIBLE Took my Escape there 3 times to get same problem fixed while vehicle was under warranty but they never fixed it. Third time tech told me to call Ford customer service, which I did and was given a nu fixed while vehicle was under warranty but they never fixed it. Third time tech told me to call Ford customer service, which I did and was given a number to take to service manager so Ford engineers could work with dealership to finally find the problem. Took information to service manager and was told I should not have done that, take car to another dealership, they couldn't fix it!! A year later and 5 trips to 2 different dealerships my 2017 car is sitting dead in my driveway and now that the warranty is expired all Ford can say is take it to a dealership and get it fixed - at my expense of course. I would advise anyone...everyone to stay away from this place. If you need repairs, support your local businesses and pay half the price. If you are looking for a car, there are dozens of other dealerships! More
Ford service I am a local resident and purchased my truck here because of that. I brought truck here for service and expected to be treated well because of these I am a local resident and purchased my truck here because of that. I brought truck here for service and expected to be treated well because of these things. I was not disappointed! Brought truck for second service (oil change and tire rotation) and was put in express change, told to expect an hour and a half or two but they would do their best to get me out quicker. I was out in under an hour and the price was competitive with any quickie oil change place in town. Will definitely go back for any additional service needs! Thanks service team! More

Name Mr.Kelly wrote work order up.found out my car was under Ford motor warranty for Engine control module, now that I didn't have to use my service contract if it was under Ford manufacturing warranty, after a week they started my car, now I was told I have to use my service contract b/c of value cover gasket leaking and foul out my coil pack only two why is that and not the four of them. Wish I just had my oil change Jan 5,2019 their was know leak on my car. Told me my spark plugs foul out wish I had know miss fire on my car at all.replace high pressure fuel tubes & required components all under my service warranty 1 sensor , (hego) ,now in week two I call to check on my car he tell me my car is being test driven, @5:00 @5:55 he call me to ask in I have comprehensive ins on my car I ask why he tell me my exhaust has been hit I must 've hit something I told him no he said the car exhaust leaking my question is in two week of starting my car they never heard a leaking exhaust pipe. I went Saturday to check on my car he's off,so Monday he wanted me to file on my ins. I refused and take my car. Now later that day my engine light came on i returned my car and now he's said my FLP Injectors pressure senor bad charge me another $45.00 wish would have been cover under my service warranty. Two weeks after starting my car none of these issues was caught 02 sensor wish was replace too. on my exhaust manifold was leaking never caught until I call and my car driven on test drive More
