I took my 2018 Ford Explorer to Supreme Ford in Slidell to have two recall items taken care of. In particular, the rails on top of the vehicle had become loose and rattled. The service agent, Quentin McQueen originally told me it might take several days to a week to make the repairs because they were getting service work from other dealerships that could not handle the work coming to them. After looking at the rails and how loose they were, Mr. McQueen checked with his technician and decided to take care of it the following day. In fact, he called the following morning to say my vehicle was already finished. Since I was going out town two days later, this made it possible for me to travel and not have to rent a car. Several months earlier I had gone to this dealership to look into purchasing a new Ford Expedition. Because of some lack of misrepresentation by the salesman and sales manager, I had decided to look elsewhere for my new vehicle. After dealing with Mr. McQueen, his attitude and professionalism, I have decided to give Supreme another chance to sell me a new vehicle, even though Mr. McQueen isn't even part of the sales team.
