I was waiting until the installation of my fifth wheel prep package and the survey timed out. The sales manager at Supreme Ford found out what I wanted and since there was no match on the lot, she found me one over 400 miles away. She then made sure my hitch kit was ordered and installed. She actually went above and beyond the call of duty in my case. I am a happy customer!!! More

My experience was horrible, warranty doesn’t cover basics even a “bumper to bumper”, was told they didn’t have enough time paid for to do a recall, also had to pay for a diagnosis that they still couldn’t te even a “bumper to bumper”, was told they didn’t have enough time paid for to do a recall, also had to pay for a diagnosis that they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Myself and three buddies all bought trucks at same time from them and have had nothing but problems since the sale, they get your money then you’re on your own. More
