The service department seems to be ok. They are a little pricey but so are most shops. The used car sales team is very dishonest and will hide the truth if there is a problem. They gave me the expected two key fobs after we signed the deal. One of the fobs was for a different car. When I returned it they thanked me but told me I was xxxx out of luck because they didn't have a second fob for my car and wouldn't make one for me. I went elsewhere to obtain a fob and vow to never give them any of my business again. More

I recently had to take my 2021 Ford F-150 to Supreme Ford for a pre-collision alert and front camera malfunction issue. The issue was electrical and sometimes the diagnosis can be a tedious process. This w for a pre-collision alert and front camera malfunction issue. The issue was electrical and sometimes the diagnosis can be a tedious process. This was frustrating having a newer vehicle but with all the electrical components that are standard its a matter of time before one of them fail. The first time my vehicle went in for repairs the image control processor was replaced and the alert went away. That same day the alert popped back up again and I had to return my vehicle to Supreme Ford to diagnose the issue a second time. During the second visit, it was discovered that there were two faulty wiring harnesses causing the alerts. That process did take a couple weeks to correct but electrical issues sometimes can take that long. I want to thank Mr. Kenny McDowell in service for all the excellent customer service provided. Kenny was responsive to phone calls and continued to ensure me that they would get the problem resolved. My 2021 Ford F-150 is running great now and there are no more issues. Thank you to Kenny and the folks at Supreme Ford. More

We have used their service shop many times. This most recent service was to mount and balance our new tires. They completed the service in one day. We brought it home, parked it for the night. When we got up in the morning one tire was flat, so back to dealership. They said valve stem was leaking and needed replacement. Completed that with a sorry about that from Quentin. Brought it home noticed a lug-nut was missing from same wheel! Needless to say it’s another trip back to them to get the lug-nut.Quentin is a great at his job but the guy that’s worked on our vehicle needs to either slow down a bit or pay closer attention to the task. More
