Dealership has helpful employees that are utilizing limited facilities. I was informed that a could not have a safety recall performed due to a software issue from Ford. Also, when purchasing my vehic limited facilities. I was informed that a could not have a safety recall performed due to a software issue from Ford. Also, when purchasing my vehicle, I was not informed the vehicle was not certified pre-owned which voided any Ford Pass points and other offers. The vehicle had very few miles basically brand new. I feel like the dealership should have honored those points since the vehicle was purchased above the msrp. More
