Dishonest service department Brought my 09 F150 for engine light and tire pressure monitor fault light on always. Paid 179.00 for diagnostics, no repairs done at all, diagnostics only. Engine light was 02 monitors, estimate was too expensive for me to have done. I was told the "Ford trained tech" determined two of the four tire pressure monitors were not working and would cost more than 400.00 to repair. I decided to live with the warning light. Several months have passed and I found a man who was willing to break down my tires and replace my sensors at a reasonable cost. Well to my surprise none of the tires had pressure sensors in them. I don't know how the tech determined two were working and two were not working. More than likely he never checked them at all. More

They even provi i bought my 2010 Ford F-150 here and had it serviced here for the last 5 years. I've never had an issue with the service department. They even provide a shuttle free of cost to bring you home and pick you up. I recently traded my 2010 in on a 2014. Johnny Brown was my salesman. He worked hard at getting me the most for my trade in and we negotiated a good price on my new truck. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received and the value for the dollar I received while dealing with Supreme Ford. I'm not sure why others had problems here but I've always been treated with respect and look forward to seeing the sales and service staff when I come in for regular scheduled maintenance. If I were to have a sales issue, I know that Kenny McDow, the Service Manager would take care of it quickly and efficiently. More
NEVER GO HERE Me and my fiance went to go get a new car, something more reliable than his truck and decided on a Ford fusion. The first time he went he had a coupl Me and my fiance went to go get a new car, something more reliable than his truck and decided on a Ford fusion. The first time he went he had a couple help him. They had a used one we liked and told us they would call as soon as we were approved. NEVER heard for them. Fiance had to call six times before someone answered saying they sold the car. Which was fine since they said they wanted to show us another one that would arrive the next day. Which never did. So we went back and since the couple wasn't there to explain what happened we got some big guy named wade. And he said he found another fusion but they had to go 45 min away to get it. Which was fine since it was about 12. So we left again and they said someone would call when it got there....NEVER CALLED!!! So again Noone would take our calls!! Finally after a day they said the car was also sold! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would however recommend honda of slidell which is where I got my car. And i had an awesome experience there. More
William is a terrible service rep. My truck needed service and William was the service rep/compulsive liar that I had the unfortunate experience dealing with. Overall, after strong pe My truck needed service and William was the service rep/compulsive liar that I had the unfortunate experience dealing with. Overall, after strong persistence and much aggravation the job finally got done. It only took an extra two trips to the dealership, an extra two or three weeks in the shop, and me having to do half of William's job in contacting ford's parts dealer and relaying information back to ford to get my rental refund back that I never should have been out of pocket for in the first place. Thanks for nothing, Supreme Ford. My new F150 that I will be purchasing will come from another dealership solely based on my experience with William in the service department. I feel sorry for your future service customers/victims. More
I bought a used 2011 Honda and while I was told the car had been in an accident, I was assured that the car is good working condition and had been repaired properly. I bought the car late in the day, so th had been in an accident, I was assured that the car is good working condition and had been repaired properly. I bought the car late in the day, so they would not detail it either. The tires were all at least 6psi low, the transmission fluid was nearly a full quart low, and the oil, which the in-dash oil life indicator said was at 100% was obviously just reset without actually changing the oil, which I had to change because it was black as night. Two days after having the car, the engine light came on, so I bring it to Honda and they tell me that there is 1,500 dollars worth of damage that was never fixed from said accident, which won't be covered by the warranty. Now ford is screening my calls and won't respond to any of my attempts to have them correct the issue. Just feels slimy now. And when I went back to have my detail done, they only washed the outside of the car -- the interior was untouched. I feel taken advantage of would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever, unless they decide to do the right thing ad take care of this problem. Completely regret going to this dealer... More
The service department SUCKS!!!!! I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in at 7:30. When I called them at 2:30 because I had not heard from them, I was informed that they had to order parts and since to bring my vehicle in at 7:30. When I called them at 2:30 because I had not heard from them, I was informed that they had to order parts and since I had the ESP, I was eligible for a rental. Well, the joke was on me, because of course, they didn't have a rental. Of course he tells me how he can have his tech put my truck back together so I can come get it and bring it back tomorrow. I guess they think no one else has a job. We did not buy from this Ford dealer when we purchased the truck due to the poor attitudes of the sales staff. They have since been bought out so I honestly hoped we had a good Ford dealer in Slidell. I was wrong again. Poor customer service all the way around. I will never use this dealership for sales or service again. Might have to stop buying Ford altogether. More

The vehicle price (for a just traded-in 2011 Toyota 4Runner) was fair but only when considered from a NATIONAL average and NOT the average for southern Louisiana (which is about 10% lower than the national average). Jeff Tyndall worked hard to get me to pay the maximum I could afford and not the minimum for the vehicle. I can understand that he works for commission, but he repeatedly and disingenuously He even tried to convince me that the ridiculous window etching (which does NOT reduce theft) would be worth paying $500 for (look it up--it actually costs the dealer $20 to do). He didn't even offer me the vehicle history report and made vague references to the dealer's "thorough inspection process." I wondered if he had some miracle ointment to cure me of all my ailments or tell me how I could make tens of thousands of dollars from a tiny one-bedroom apartment infomercial-style. Despite all of that, the vehicle was in good shape with low-ish mileage and I considered purchasing the car, giving the dealer a $500 deposit. The car, which I remind you was a Toyota at a Ford dealer, nearly sold itself. But by the next morning, I discovered that Jeff Tyndall's dismissive, disrespectful attititude toward the customer permeates Supreme Ford. I received a phone call from "Mike" in finances pestering me for information that I had already provided Jeff Tyndall and pressing me to pay immediately for the vehicle...as if my deposit was not a show of good faith. Less than 24 hours after I temporarily had the vehicle, I returned the keys and called the deal off. The dealer's sales manager was quite clear that my deposit was non-refundable, even grinning as he told me. I lost $500, but I could have lost way more by being even more foolish by purchasing a car from them. It is very clear that Supreme Ford of Slidell is interested in supporting their own interests. I cannot give a stronger negative recommendation. More
