TERRIABLE Vehicle Purchase This is a complicated issue involving the purchase and exchange of vehicles from Sales Manager, Mike Dickinson of Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA. Address This is a complicated issue involving the purchase and exchange of vehicles from Sales Manager, Mike Dickinson of Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA. Address: 400 E Howze Beach Rd, Slidell, LA 70461 – St. Tammany Parish Phone: (877) 836-8413 During the Great Flood here in Denham Springs, LA, on Aug 12, 2016, we lost not only EVERYTHING In our Downstairs of our Home; Priceless Custom Made Furniture. We also lost a Recently purchased $10,000 Sleep Number Bed. We also lost a Low Mileage 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel and 2008 Dodge Ram Big Horn..Other items we lost was Food, Outdoor Furniture, Planters, 2 Cords of Split Firewood, Several Full 5 Gallon Gas Cans and Lawn/Garden Equipment... Which is not covered by State Farm Insurance or FEMA Flood Insurance, even though we had Flood and Contents Insurance. We live in the country and have a Mechanical Sewer system “Mo-Dad”, which the drain pipe that goes to the street, allowed Sewer water to flow into our Downstairs, via the Toilets Wax Rings and into our Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, Ceramic, and Brick Paver Flooring. State Farm or FEMA Flood Insurance Does Not Pay for the replacement of the Sewer Contaminated Shower and Jacuzzi Tub or Sewer Water Entering Our Home and seeping under the flooring, which is a Major Health Hazard. We paid ServPro to Spray our Home and Garage for Mold and Bacteria. Susan and I Removed the Flood-Contaminated Shower and Jacuzzi Tub and we paid a Flooring Demolition Company to Remove our Sewer Contaminated Ceramic and Brick Paver Flooring and also remove 1200 sq. ft. of Residual Glue from the Concrete where Our Beautiful Red Oak Flooring Used to be. All at our Expense… As of now we are still using one of our upstairs bedrooms as a Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room & Office… We are waiting for Cabinets, Flooring, Toilets, Shower and Bathtub to be installed. To Avoid Purchasing a Flooded Vehic-le, we did not buy Locally in the Greater Baton Rouge, LA Area, to replace our flood damaged vehicles... On 09/15/16 we purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited – Blue Jean Blue and a couple weeks later a New Ford Transit, from Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, which is a LLC Company owned by a Group called Supreme Automotive Group Louisiana, located at S. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, LA – Phone: 985-345-1833. About two weeks after having the SUV, we noticed the Right Tail Light was Not Working at times AND we also noticed the NEW SUV had a Dent on the Rear Driver Side. Also we found out the SUV DID NOT have the Adaptive Cruise Control Option we had asked for and we were told by the Salesperson the SUV HAD the Option. We Emailed, Text Messaged and Talked to several people at Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, Including the General Manager, Mr. Michel Dickinson, with the Issues Not Being Resolved. We also Emailed; Judy Rizzo | Customer Service Manager |FCSD – jrizzo17@ford.com - Mariel with Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center - CRCFMC crcfmc@ford.com – Louisiana Attourny Generals Office and Louisiana Automobile Dealers Association in regards to the Issues. On 11/16/2016, we drove the vehicle back to the Dealership to repair the light. When the Sales Manager drove the SUV to the Service Department the rear Right Taillight WAS NOT WORKING. But when the Service Manager looked at the SUV, the light was working. When we started back to Denham Springs, LA, the Right Taillight started acting up again. I took several videos of the light randomly going off and on on the trip back home with my iPhone. I attached video of the light, I edited it to a smaller size and Emailed back to the Dealership. On the Request of the General Manager, Mr. Michel Dickinson, 02/06/2017, we drove the 2017 Ford Explorer Limited – Blue Jean Blue to Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, to Repair the Dent on the rear driver’s side and to Pick up our Louisiana License Plate for our NEW 2016 Ford Transit we Purchased from Supreme Ford. When we arrived at Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, Mr. Michel Dickinson had us come into his Office. He told us he was working on a Deal to make EVERYONE HAPPY… He said he had a NEW 2017 Explorer Platinum – Ruby Red was just unloaded from the car carrier and was on the SHOWROOM FLOOR. Mr. Dickinson told us that he thinks he can MAKE AN EVEN EXCHANGE of our current 2017 Ford Explorer Limited – Blue Jean Blue to the NEW 2017 Explorer Platinum – Ruby Red. Mr. Dickinson told us the NEW 2017 Explorer Platinum – Ruby Red, has EVERY OPTION THAT FORD OFFERS AND POSSIBLY SOME THAT WE NEVER HEARD OF, THE CAR WAS SO ADVANCED, IT MIGHT BE ABLE TO FLY… NOTE: WE DID NOT GO TO SUPREME FORD OF SLIDELL, LA TO SEEK A TRADE DEAL, EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS AN OPTION WE REQUESTED BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2016 BECAUSE OF THE LEFT TAIL LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING; THE DENT ON THE REAR DRIVER SIDE AND ALSO BEING LIED TO BY THE SALESPERSON THE SUV HAD AN ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL, WHICH IT DID NOT AND WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO WAY FORD COULD INSTALL AN ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL ON THE NEW 2017 (COLOR BLUE) EXPLORER LIMITED Mr. Dickinson told us that while the Dent in the 2017 Ford Explorer Limited – Blue Jean Blue was being repaired, he wanted us to Drive the NEW 2017 Explorer Platinum – Ruby Red for the Day to see if we liked it. We told Mr. Dickinson that we had plans to drive my wife’s 86 year old mother to the Casino’s on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Mr. Dickinson said that was GREAT, we would be able to see if we wanted the Exchange. When we left Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA my wife noticed the vehicle HAD 600 MILES ON THE ODOMETER… As we were driving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Mr. Dickinson called my Cell Phone and told me that he could do the Exchange with us paying an Extra $40 per Month. After talking to my wife, Susan, we told him to go ahead and draw up the paperwork. That afternoon when we go back to Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, we asked Mr. Dickinson why the vehicle HAD 600 MILES ON THE ODOMETER and he told us that was “NORMAL” Test Drive Miles… Mr. Dickinson told us that the ONLY WAY he can make the Exchange is for Us to PAY AN EXTRA $80 PER MONTH AND WE DROP ALL THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES: 1. Ford ESP Maintenance - $2,450 2. AWS Platinum Extended Warranty - $4,750 3. NSD Key/Remote Replacement Protection Plan - $387 4. NDS Paint & Interior Protection Plan - $441 5. NDS Windshield Protection Plan - $495 6. NDS Tire & Wheel Road Hazard Protection Plan - $509 7. Ford Auto Guard Security System - $495 Susan and I signed the Purchase Contract on “EXCHANGE” of the "NEW" 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum. We ALWAYS PURCHASE Extended Warranties on ALL our Vehicles, so we had the Loan Manager add ONLY the Extended Warranty. After signing the Sales Contract, the Customer Service Manager went over the Options and Inspected the SUV for Defects. We found a MASSIVE GOUGE on the Passenger Side Rear Bumper. We were given a "WE OWE" Slip to repair the bumper... A couple days later I noticed the Passenger Front Seat was not Massaging the Back and Bottom Properly. I ALSO Found A DROP of Sticky Candy at the bottom of the passenger seat frame, where the door opens. I took a picture of the spot and text messaged Mr. Dickinson asked him if the Vehicle was a Demonstrator or a Repossession since it HAD 600 MILES ON THE ODOMETER and had the candy on the seat frame. Mr. Dickinson text back the vehicle had just came NEW off the Carrier... As requested by Mr. Dickinson, on Tue Mar, 22, 2017, Susan drove the SUV to the Dealership to Repair the gouge on the rear passenger bumper and the passinger seat. When Susan arrived at Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, the Sales Manager, Mike Dickinson told her that there was a mistake on our New SUV Contract written by Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA, they had paid the wrong payoff and he wanted us to pay another $9,000 FOR THE PAYOFF OF THE EXCHANGED NEW 2017 Explorer Platinum – Ruby Red AND WE OWE Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA $9,000 MORE.. THIS WAS Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA MISTAKE. WE DID NOT AGREE TO THIS Amount. We had agreed on ORIGINAL CONTRACT when we signed the contract on 02/06/2017. Today we received a Registered Letter from Supreme Ford of Slidell, LA Demanding that we Pay the $9,000. We have made one payment on the SUV. We would like to find out what our options are. More
Amazing Staff I had some issues in the past with a vehicle I had bought, but after today I will recommend this dealership to anyone. They bent over backwards to hel I had some issues in the past with a vehicle I had bought, but after today I will recommend this dealership to anyone. They bent over backwards to help me out and made sure I left happy. Not only did they get me out of a vehicle that was having a whole bunch of issues, but put me in a new 2017 Escape SE for the same monthly note, lower interest, and worked it out to where I am no longer upside down on a vehicle. They went above and beyond to take care of me. I honestly didn't think it was even possible for something like this to happen. Words literally can't even describe how grateful and blessed I am. As soon as I walked in not even two minutes after talking to the GM he assured me that everything was going to be ok and he would make sure I was taken care of and happy. He brought his self down to a personal level with me instead of a business trying to make money off of someone. Excellent management, sales, and customer service team. I'll definitely be using this dealership in the future when I'm ready to upgrade my truck. Thank you for everything Supreme Ford of Slidell. If only you knew how much this has helped me out. More

It was all just fine. It was all fine. Nothing spectacular really just an ordinary car buying experience. I need to write twelve more words, so here it is then. It was all fine. Do not go here If it was up to me I wouldn't have given them any stars. When I purchased my first vehicle from a dealership I chose this place. They were very pushy If it was up to me I wouldn't have given them any stars. When I purchased my first vehicle from a dealership I chose this place. They were very pushy on what they wanted me in. I purchased my vehicle new from these people and come to find out it was a lemon. Not even within 24 hours of owning it, it had to go in for repairs for minor electrical problems, a gash on the passenger side dash, and the engine shuttering as if it was going to stall. After they had it for a week I had to bring it right back in for some issues that were not fixed. When I realized it started having transmission problems by the 2nd week of owning it, I brought it back and I was told by the New Car Sales Manager, "it's a $15,000 vehicle, what do you expect". They have refused to take the vehicle back since day one. I've stoped bothering with them and just try to deal it since there's no lemon law in the state of Louisiana and they don't know how to fix anything. And to top it off, the transmission problem that they refuse to fix because according to them "it doesn't exist", about two weeks ago my fiancé and my two daughters were almost t-boned because the transmission slipped first, went into second, and wouldn't go anywhere. If you care for your family's safety I highly suggest that you do not go here for the simple fact that they are comfortable with selling customers defective vehicles and are refusing to fix the issue. In my opinion, Ford needs to rip there license away from this dealership. More
