Unimaginable My visit to have a normal oil change didn’t turn out great. I was told by Ali Drewes (service advisor) that my work was complete , I got in my car th My visit to have a normal oil change didn’t turn out great. I was told by Ali Drewes (service advisor) that my work was complete , I got in my car the first time and had a message indicating low oil pressure at the service department canopy area. The second time, the reset button was showing on vehicle — I had only gotten as far to end of Ford’s parking lot. I had to bring my vehicle back for second time for what I thought was a simple oil change. Ali finally came out to inspected the vehicle, resolved the reset issue and discovered their was no return sticker on window. My experience with your service department was eventful and not a great experience. More

Dropped off car for break switch repair. Went to dealer to drop off car before they opened to find them already accepting cars! My car was ready within a few hours! Pleasant Experience The problem with my Ford Expedition (ABS module not working) required a visit to Supreme Ford. This was my first visit to this dealership. The experie The problem with my Ford Expedition (ABS module not working) required a visit to Supreme Ford. This was my first visit to this dealership. The experience (while painfully costly) was made much more tolerable by 2 Supreme Ford employees. Paul Gremillion was my Service Specialist and was professional, courteous, empathetic, and patient. As a female senior citizen I did not understand the details of the problem. He was very polite and patient in answering all of my questions. He completely exceeded my expectations of the service department. He was 5 star throughout the entire process! The second employee I would like to recognize is Karen, the shuttle driver. She was AWESOME!! So friendly, sympathetic, helpful and full of personality. She actually made me forget about my problems during the ride. Never met a stranger that I thought I could take a road trip with, but she would be the one(LSU sunglasses (which I found for her under the seat) included)! I hope Supreme Ford appreciates these two customer service oriented, outstanding employees!! More
