HORRIBLE Took my Escape there 3 times to get same problem fixed while vehicle was under warranty but they never fixed it. Third time tech told me to call Ford customer service, which I did and was given a nu fixed while vehicle was under warranty but they never fixed it. Third time tech told me to call Ford customer service, which I did and was given a number to take to service manager so Ford engineers could work with dealership to finally find the problem. Took information to service manager and was told I should not have done that, take car to another dealership, they couldn't fix it!! A year later and 5 trips to 2 different dealerships my 2017 car is sitting dead in my driveway and now that the warranty is expired all Ford can say is take it to a dealership and get it fixed - at my expense of course. I would advise anyone...everyone to stay away from this place. If you need repairs, support your local businesses and pay half the price. If you are looking for a car, there are dozens of other dealerships! More

Highlights: -- make us wait an hour while a shill looked at the truck we were interested in and pressured to buy it before she did -- waited 90 minutes for the truck to supposedly be detailed. As soon as it rained it looked like a zebra---that truck hadn't ever been detailed. -- wiper not properly installed flew off mid road trip -- lucky to find an open store within a few miles or else we'd have had to get a hotel -- $500 wheel bearing failed a few weeks later. -- multiple emails and calls to explain this horrible experience, to multiple people including sales manger---no response at all. I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A USED VEHICLE HERE. IF YOU DO, BEWARE. More

After she decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork was finished, I was looking over the paperwork and I saw a charge of $495.00 for auto-guard theft insurance. I told the salesman, Jeffery Vice , that I did not want this insurance and to deduct this from the amount owed. He went to get the sales manager who then came and told us that it was a mandatory charge and we would have to pay it or not purchase the vehicle. We did pay it and purchase the vehicle, but we did not receive details about this policy until after the purchase was finalized. The MAXIMUM Benefit is $2,000.00 on a total loss. I had to pay $495.00 for insurance that I will only receive a maximum of $2,000.00. Had I known this from the very beginning I would have not bought the car. I feel this is a scam and that I should been presented with all the details from the very beginning. More

Shady Salesman I had been dealing with Nate off and on for 2 months. He knew that I had my identity stolen and was using the ACE credit program, no cosigner, and lit I had been dealing with Nate off and on for 2 months. He knew that I had my identity stolen and was using the ACE credit program, no cosigner, and little money down. I was there July 6. He had set an appointment up pushed me off on another salesman. It took me an hour to drive 20 minutes because of storms. For the same results. Nothing had changed. He knew the situation put my safety at risk wasted 2 hours of my time. I did tell him how I felt he said it wasn't his problem. It isn't but he knew what it was and should have not been dragging me threw all this for his amusement More

I drove over to LOOK at the Escape but in my old age, called it an Edge so Nathan heeded my explanation of circumstances and showed me a nice titanium gold/black int NOLA SAINTS COLORED Edge and after driving it with the sunroof open, breeze blowing, Kidd Rock Rocking the Sony, BAM I was in love. My credit score was low 600’s, upside down on the Traverse but WILLAM, THE GM made it happen. I got a deal I couldn’t refuse, a car that makes me feel 16 again and most of all, I made some amazing new friends at Supreme Ford who did me right and I will buy from them again and again. My buying experience was PAINLESS and we all know how some dealerships pressure you and screw you. NOT AT SUPREME FORD SLIDELL, The Ladies answering the phones and internet were friendly, everyone was smiling and greeted me, shook my hand. The service Dept was crowded which is a good sign... so I will come and start the maintenance on my vehicle here also. Even detailed it for me. One negative, don’t deal with the finance manager without the GM being directly involved. Otherwise my deal was a win win win for all. More
