This lady went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and me in any way possible to helping us make a decision on another Explorer or a Ford F-150. We decided to purchase a hybrid 2021 Ford F-150 XLT. Gabrielle was more than helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was willing to take care of all the documentation in transferring our Explorer as a trade in for the F-150. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism and courtesy. However, if you are looking for a saleslady that will take great care of you, pick Gabrielle Young!! More

In July 2020 I ordered a new Ford Bronco. After 22 months it was received at Supreme Ford. They sent me the buyer's order and I noticed a $10,000 dealer fee. Upon questioning this dealer fee After 22 months it was received at Supreme Ford. They sent me the buyer's order and I noticed a $10,000 dealer fee. Upon questioning this dealer fee with the general manager he stated that he was not Ford and did not have to honor their price protection they gave me for ordering before a certain date. He also informed me because I was not a local buyer that he did not care what I had to say about his dealership to others. As well as he stated that Ford has not shipped him any inventory for 2 months so he really doesn't care what Ford thinks period, and he could do whatever he wanted because it was dealer discretion. He was in possession of my new vehicle I have waited for and I felt as if I was being extorted. He informed me he was able to sell the vehicle to another dealer for $18,000 over MSRP so you be the judge of his motives to steal my ordered vehicle and sell it for a additional profit to someone else. He was so kind to offer me a concession of only $5,000 telling me he even charges his employees $2,500 over MSRP to buy a vehicle at this moment. By then being pretty much in shock offered to pay him the $2500 as an employee would and he said absolutely not. He wanted to sell my vehicle for more money to someone else , I contacted forward and filed a complaint and they confirmed my certificate number to the dealer for the original price protection and told me to immediately call the dealer back and make sure they understood. The same general manager then inform me he had sold my vehicle as he had threatened the day before if I did not pay them their extortion fee. The VP of the dealership said he was surprised at the general managers actions but really was unable to do anything about my vehicle as well as they cannot even order me a replacement. This is by far not over and I am contemplating my next recourse but I wanted to make sure everyone in the Community understood the actions of this general manager and dealership and maybe reconsider and have your special order vehicle shipped to a different dealer or purchase one elsewhere so that you do not find yourself in this same position. I had an issue with my air conditioner and the car is still covered under warranty. I made an appointment 3 days in advance letting them know the issue ahead of time. I went drop off the vehicle today after arranging a ride home. When I got to the service department the front desk person asked if I could leave it for a couple of days to which I said that is fine and asked if he thought it would be done by Wednesday (6 days away) as I had an appointment that day and would not be able to arrange a ride. He stated that they would likely not even be able to look at it by then and that they had a lot of people in front of me (which is fine, first come first server). I asked if I could just make another appointment and bring it by when they had time to actually look at it. The answer was no. I have to leave my car there for whole week to just sit there and not even be looked at. I'm not sure they know how appointments work. Seemed crazy to me that they are asking people to leave their cars knowing they can not even look at them for an entire week. Why not make appointments for people when they can actually look at the vehicle. I understand that parts and diagnostics may take a few days but to have someone leave there car to wait in line for a week is a bit much. I contacted the manger thinking there must be a mistake he stated if was a Ford policy and that I would have to leave my car there and that I was lucky as every other Ford deanship is over a month wait. I called another for Dealership in the area and they laughed at this. Told me they would make an appointment next Monday (3 days) and that they would be able to begin diagnostics and the work as soon as I dropped it off (like every other auto shop in history). The people were nice and not rude but the way they handle customers is unsat. More
Bought a NEW Bronco in March 2021 from Supreme Ford of Slidell. Mistake! In shop for 2 weeks with cyl misfires. Dealership service not doing a thing to fix it claiming all parts are backordered. Called Ford and they are just documenting! They are saying they will call within one business day but in the meantime I have no car to get to work. No help! I asked the dealership for a loaner vehicle but they refused claiming Ford. I called Ford and they said this is untrue. Once the sell you a vehicle they customer service is down the gutter. More
