Following the sale of the dealership, and when I was unable to come to an equitable agreement on price and trade-in, I took a frie prior ownership. Following the sale of the dealership, and when I was unable to come to an equitable agreement on price and trade-in, I took a friends recommendation and tried Superstition Springs. Jim Chikos was easy to work with and offered a very good price and trade-in. Better than I was offered at my former dealership. But on delivery the car had a problem. Wind noise due to a "bubble" in the windshield beading. This was a car brought up from a Tucson dealership where it was prepped so I cannot complain about Superstition Springs preparation department. But they handled the problem quickly, effectively and promptly. From the time I turned in my trade-in to the time my car was delivered they provided a loaner and gas. When my car was ready they provided an explanation of the problem and what they did to fix it. And they cordially went on a test drive to be sure I was satisfied. What more could I ask. Definite highest recommendation. More
