Took my car in for a trade in, looking at a new Camry or something. Had my pet rat in the seat, the sales person looked at me absolutely disgusted and said they werent gonna handle any business with me and something. The only "complaint" was the driver (Rick) of customer service van. I went to get in passenger seat - "No ! Maam, you need to get in back seat" ( rudely ) - Also not helpful while trying to get in back ei service van. I went to get in passenger seat - "No ! Maam, you need to get in back seat" ( rudely ) - Also not helpful while trying to get in back either - as sliding door was not opening - I had never dealt with an automatic door. That's the first I've ever had "non-customer" service at Superior !! 😒 More
