This place is ridiculous. I was not acknowledge by any sales people until I expressed my frustration about being ignored. Then, it was very clear that helping me was an inconvenience to the associate who sales people until I expressed my frustration about being ignored. Took my car in for a trade in, looking at a new Camry or something. Had my pet rat in the seat, the sales person looked at me absolutely disgusted and said they werent gonna handle any business with me and something.
